Set on 20 serene and private acres with a long driveway, the 3 bedrooms and 3 full bath house has gorgeous mountain and meadow views. Centrally located 10 minutes to Woodstock, Saugerties and Kingston, and under 25 minutes to Hunter Mtn.

A centuries-old bluestone wall separating an open meadow and lush forest is evident as one approaches Bluestone Meadow via a long private driveway. The modern, angular design of the newly-built home sits in stark contrast to the verdant natural surroundings. With unobstructed views and open fields only ten minutes from Woodstock and Saugerties, you can soak in the country vibes while still having a satisfying array of shopping, dining and events on your doorstep.

The single story home, tastefully appointed, has an open concept for the public spaces, with high, sloped ceilings creating a spacious, airy environment. The kitchen boasts a large island with seating for three with integrated appliances.

The dining space is drenched in natural light, largely from the sliding glass doors that open onto the deck beyond, while the lounge area has comfortable seating centered around the highlight of the room, which is the incredible stone fireplace. Spin some tunes on the record player or just listen to the fire crackle.

Down the long hallway are the office, three bedrooms, and three baths. The first rooms are the quiet and private office space, which also has a crib for those traveling with infants. Across the hall is the first bedroom, with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom next door.

The first queen en-suite bedroom has large windows with wonderful views of the open meadow, and has an adjoining wallpapered bathroom with a walk-in shower. Heated floors throughout the bathroom makes for toasty toes in winter.

The last room at the end of the hall is the master bedroom, another incredible room flooded with natural light by windows on two sides offering woodland views, and angled ceiling. There is also a handy workspace with desk, if you must. The en-suite bathroom features another splendid walk-in shower and radiant floors, the forest-themed wallpapers feel very on theme here too.

Set on 20 acres of open meadow and woodlands with mountain views, the house maximizes these views via an expansive wrap-around porch. A comfy sectional under an overhang allows guests to spend time outdoors rain or shine. There is a large outdoor dining table with plenty of seating and a couple of Adirondack chairs rounding out the amenities on the porch. Cap the night off star gazing in the newly installed hot tub! Last, but certainly not least, is the Big Green Egg charcoal grill.

Bluestone Meadow, is located in the heart of The Catskills, in the town of Woodstock. This charming, walkable town has lots of explore-worthy stores and restaurants. Grab a coffee and a bagel at The Mud Club. For lunch, don’t miss Garden Cafe or Dixon’s Roadside For dining, Silvia and Good Night are a must followed by a drink at Tinker Street Tavern. Shop and any number of cute mom and pop shops on Tinker St. Don’t forget to explore the various hikes around the Catskills, we recommend Overlook Mountain. Bluestone Meadow is less than two hours from New York City, and you'll definitely want a car to get there and around the area. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
