This was the cleanest AirBnb I ever stayed in. Everything exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware, spices, etc. Bathrooms appointed nicely with plenty of extra towels. Hot tub was well worth it, super clean and very nice. Back deck is spacious as is the yard. Perfect house for families. I used the indoor and outdoor fire pit. Some wood provided, I’d recommend getting wood from the forest as well or bringing extra logs and fire starter. Only thing they didn’t have I could have used was laundry detergent and a spare charger (mine broke). Again, kitchen was excellent. Furniture and decor look just like pictures. Beautiful home.

Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.

ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.

OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside staff such as private chefs, massage therapists, or other service providers are welcome, but prior approval is required before they come on-site.

Plush sofas surround a beautiful stone fireplace, creating the perfect setting for cozy winter evenings. For entertainment, a TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Amazon ensures there's always something to enjoy.

The modern kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you need, featuring beautiful blue cabinetry and sleek granite countertops. The spacious center island, complete with an eat-in bar, invites casual dining and gatherings.
