Belleayre Barn provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for all your guests. With two bedrooms on the main level; one with a queen bed and a charming balcony overlooking the lower living room area, and the other with two twin beds and a convenient powder room. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is also available on this level. Ascend to the third level to find a third bedroom, featuring a queen bed and a full ensuite bathroom.

The lower level of this barn home is a hub of relaxation and entertainment. It boasts authentic stonework walls, natural wood finishes, a generous sectional sofa, a wood stove, a TV, and a billiards table, making it the perfect space for quality time with loved ones. Please keep the Hot Tub closed when not in use to avoid evaporation. If water level drops, just use the hose attached to the house to fill the tub up more. If the water level drops too low, the heater will stop working which is more of an issue in the summer.

In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads.
