The red cottage was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay with my family. We loved it. It was easy to find. We love the bright light during the day, the beds were super comfortable, the huge windows and the island allowed all us to have dinner together. The house was very clean. Cute little town about 8 to 10 minutes away. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Best stay! The home was exactly as described and perfect for our trip as it was close (within 15 minutes) to many cute main street shopping and restaurants. Cozy feel with plenty of space for all of us. The screened in patio was my favorite spot to relax and take in the beautiful views! Every room had amazing views. Mary and Samantha at Red Cottage were very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. Definitely want to stay here again!

This house is absolutely stunning. Truly the first Airbnb I had been to where the photos are a perfect representation of what you get. Beautifully designed, spacious, and relaxing. Sitting on the screened in porch listening to the creek was absolutely perfect! The area has tons of great breweries, restaurants, hiking, etc. Samantha’s guidebook provided tons of great suggestions. If you have a large group, this is the house for you. With 12 adults, it never felt cramped. Definitely recommend!!!

Easily the best experience I’ve had with an AirBnb host. The place was excellent. We had a problem with the oven on our first night and Samantha went above and beyond to make things right. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the creekhouse! The space is clean, minimal, stylish--it feels like a showroom for the hippest interior brands. The house is so lovely, VERY comfortable for three sets of adults and four kids. The location is fantastic--the creek is great, and Callicoon is super close. We enjoyed the sunday market and took some of Samantha's recommendations on food and drink spots. Highly recommend!

We loved every inch of this beautiful home. Six adults and six children fit comfortably and had so much fun. The location, the creek, the fire pit, the beautiful screened in porch, the amenities, the “kids floor” 🙂 - many thoughtful touches of comfort throughout the house that made it a beautiful weekend for everyone. The perfect first airb experience for us. Perfect hosts and we hope to return soon.

Highly recommend! We were a group of 12 women and there was ample space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. I was a little apprehensive about the size based on pictures, but they don’t do it justice. Great spot for a group. Centrally located to a lot of the sights the Catskills have to offer. The closest town for restaurants, etc. is Callicoon, and it is SO charming.

Clementine Creekhouse was perfect for our family reunion! The house was cozy and beautifully appointed. There was plenty of space for our four families to spread out, or hang out together, and the two bedrooms on the main level were perfect for the seniors in our group. Highly recommended!

This listing saved us after arriving to a different Airbnb that wasn’t safe to rent. This place was even BETTER than we’d hoped it would be, and in a pinch. The layout is so smart and everything is like the pictures, but better. The doors are a bit tricky to open at first, and guests should know to screenshot directions as they will NOT have service around the home. However, the internet is super speedy. The screened in porch is a dream. Beds are comfy and linens and basic amenities are plentiful and generous, and do not cut corners. Hosts responded nearly immediately whenever we reached out, though they were so thorough we really didn’t need to. The only thing that might have been nice would have been one or two king size beds in lieu of the 4 queens, but it of course was not a necessity. Truly a 5 star stay with gracious and professional hosts who know how to operate a beautiful hospitality experience and make guests feel at home.

For many years, our extended family (three sisters and their significant others and children, plus two grandparents) has done a week or weekend getaway and stayed at an airbnb. This was, by far, the nicest place we have stayed, and family members were already talking about a return trip.
There is plenty of space spread over the three floors, plus a fantastic screened deck and great outdoor space. The setting is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The house is tastefully furnished and well appointed with upgraded appliances and everything in good working order. All in all, it’s as described, only better. I would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Clementine Creekhouse! Having visited the area before, we were looking for an airbnb not far from Calicoon and Narrowsburg to rent for my mother's birthday/family reunion.
We were 8 adults and 1 dog and everyone was blown away by the space, the cleanliness, the area and how perfect the house was for a family get together. There was the right amount of space that we could all hang out comfortably, and also enough room to get away for some work or a phone call. I'd like to call out for anyone hoping to work remotely, the wifi connection was perfect and multiple people were able to work without any issues.
The house is close enough to the nearby towns for groceries, restaurants and shops and also had all the supplies we needed to make home cooked meals.
Samantha was a great host, she responded to all my questions immediately and was also very understanding of our changing plans. I highly recommend the Clementine Creekhouse for any type of group getaway, we look forward to staying at one of Samantha's properties again!

It’s modern, light and bright, with a fully stocked kitchen and some thoughtful extras for families - like a high chair, toys & kids books. The property is very close (5 minute drive) to Calicoon, which has great shops & cafes & a farmers market on Sunday. We’d definitely recommend the clementine creekhouse. Thanks again!

We had a delightful stay at your beautiful house. We
We had a delightful stay at your beautiful house. We enjoyed walking to the creek, wading in the water, and watching all the fireflies at night. The kitchen and grill were great for preparing meals and the screened-in porch was perfect for getting some fresh air. We enjoyed to ping pong table, games and gym. All in all, a wonderful getaway and place for our family to gather.

I think I changed the dates thrice after booking but they were very patient and understanding. We were a group of 12 people and there was enough space for everyone. We were not looking for a lot of activities and the location served our purpose comfortably. I think my family members were already recommending the place to their friends before we checked out so I don't think I need to say more

This is a great house for a group. The house itself is great, thoughtfully and comfortably furnished (including bedside lamps in all the bedrooms - a nice touch) with lots of different spaces for folks to gather (screened porch, living room, downstairs game room, fire pit) and the windows bring nature inside. Access to the creek direct from the backyard. House manual had many suggestions for hikes, other things to do in the area which was very nice.

It was well designed, tastefully decorated and maintained to suit a group of friends/couples but is clearly also layed out with families in mind (stair guards, kid seats, bunk beds, etc.). We had "too many cooks" in our group (in a good way) and the kitchen had everything we needed to make feasts every night. The space is well decorated and layed out to for togetherness and alone time. The property is close to a creek which was really peaceful to step into and the fire pit lands to lovely star watching. Samantha and her team were super responsive and flexible, ensuring we were comfortable, our questions were troubleshot and any additional asks were addressed to their best abilities (we really made use of that BBQ!). 100% would do again! Thanks Sam and friends for letting us hang 🙂

Our family of 4 had a great stay. The house is conveniently located, with immediate access to a nice creek. While our plans changed and friends couldn't come, we know this property would be awesome with a big group. If you are traveling with kids, it has all of the amenities and safety features. While one commenter found it sparse, I found it properly stocked/styled and LIBERATING to not worry about too many thotchkes with young kids. Simplicity for families is key! We hope to return soon.

My family enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Clementine Creek house. It is very spacious and had plenty of room for our whole crew (3 families with kids) to spread out comfortably. The beds were so comfortable, the house was extremely clean and the style and decor made us want to never leave. My wife loved the view while working from her laptop in front of the large windows at the kitchen table and the kids were all collectively excited about the new toys and books and the “really cool bunk bed room with lights!” The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit and I especially looked forward to relaxing on the screened in covered deck in the evenings. My son and I even found a ‘secret’ creek to wade in and explore just past the house in the back of the property. The lovely town of Callicoon is a 5 min drive from Samantha’s house and is packed with good eats and cute shops. The Western Inn had live music and a great dinner menu and beers on the front porch at Callicoon Brewing was icing on the cake. We even found a playground and family friendly skate park for the kids and plenty of hiking and biking nearby. Samantha provided a great list of recommendations for our stay. Thank you samantha!

Had a great stay at the Clementine Creekhouse. Customer service went above and beyond to deliver us an iron when we could not find the one stated in the amenities. Great sound system and general layout for group events. Great location for ambient babbling creek noise at night.

This is maybe the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Super comfy beds and linens, giant kitchen to cook in, surrounded by giant windows that make you feel like you are in a tree house (but still private feeling), a porch that will make you want to abandon all your plans for the trip and stay in, and little extras that make all the difference (smart TV, fun books to look through, backgammon (!), and even good smelling bug spray. My husband particularly loved the bathrooms- soft towels, great shower, and good smelling shampoo and conditioner. 🙂 Couldn’t recommend the house enough.

Samantha's property is an absolutely stunning gem. The house is much bigger than the pictures even give it justice and is perfect for a larger group. There are two bedrooms downstairs, two on the main floor, and two upstairs, so every pairing has their own wing and bathroom to separate the group a bit. The kitchen was also amazing for cooking and has state-of-the-art appliances. We enjoyed the fireplace on a chilly, rainy weekend and had plenty of space to stretch out to play games, chat, eat, etc. We were also greeted by a delicious bottle of wine and local coffee beans—such a great touch and made us feel extra special. The house was also immaculately clean upon arrival. Samantha was super responsive and helped the weekend be absolutely perfect.

Clementine Creekhouse was incredible. Every aspect of the property was so well thought out and planned. Our group of 10 all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Whether it was cooking in the professional grade kitchen, sitting by the campfire or having downtime in the spacious bedrooms we never felt squeezed for space and were able to have privacy if needed. The water pressure was great and showers were hot as well. please don't pass up the opportunity to stay at Clementine Creekhouse. definately one of the best airbnb experiences I've had. We cooked thanksgiving dinner there and had plenty of cookware, pots and pans, dish ware and silverware, and everything we could possibly have needed. The property was lovely and the surrounding town was very quaint with a very New England feel. The open floorplan of the house made it so easy for all of us to hang out together even if someone was in the kitchen cooking. Since the weather was nice, the screened in porch was used a lot by everyone. I'm already thinking about what big group event we can host at the house next!

Our group of 12 adults stayed at the Clementine Creekhouse
Our group of 12 adults stayed at the Clementine Creekhouse this past weekend for a girls’ weekend and 50th birthday celebration and it was the perfect space for our group! The entire space was well-appointed in a Scandinavian minimalist, hygge sort of way., well-stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and other necessities, and was clean, fresh, airy, and bright. The open-concept kitchen/dining area/living room areas lent themselves well to appetizers and cocktails on the bar stools at the island, group meals, and games and conversation in front of the woodburning stove. We also really liked the screened in porch with loungers and blankets for enjoying the great outdoors in warmth and comfort, as well as the fire pit. The bedroom layout of two bedrooms and one bathroom on each the three floors was ideal for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare dinners at home all three nights we were there. The owners left a comprehensive book about the property, along with a curated local guide and recommendations for restaurants, shops, and activities. The property felt private without being isolated and with towns and services within easy reach and our discerning group of well-traveled women all loved it!
Our favorite times were spent together in the house, but would also recommend visiting Narrowsburg (have a meal at The Laundrette and do some shopping at Velvet Maple), taking in the fall foliage along the Crystal Lake Loop Trail near Roscoe, and grab a beer or cider at the Cochecton Pump House.
Our favorite times were spent together in the house, but would also recommend visiting Narrowsburg (have a meal at The Laundrette and do some shopping at Velvet Maple), taking in the fall foliage along the Crystal Lake Loop Trail near Roscoe, and grab a beer or cider at the Cochecton Pump House.

The Clementine Creekhouse is absolutely spectacular. From the moment you pull up, the facade of the home, the sound of the river, its just magical. The house has everything you need and is super comfy and cozy. Each room is perfectly appointed, making it almost feel as if you're staying in a 5 star hotel. The kitchen is fully stocked and that massive island made cooking and dining so easy and fun. There's an incredible deck that is completely screened in and has sliding doors so you can let the outside in without any bugs! We made fires every morning in the wood fired stove and outside in the fire pit every evening... there was plenty of firewood and firestarters which made this a total breeze. The house was perfectly cleaned and organized, had everything we needed and nothing we didn't.
Samantha was an incredible host, super responsive, providing plenty of recommendations for the area. The house is perfectly located near Callicoon which has some cool little shops and restaurants. Samantha helped us find the perfect restaurant for lunch one day.
Can't wait to come back in the Summer and enjoy all the Delaware River has to offer!

This spacious and modern designed house accommodated 11 of us comfortably. High quality towels, comfortable beds fitted everyone’s needs perfectly. There are so many things you can do at this property.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to experience everything the host offered . We had such great time and took a lot of memorable photos together in the house. We would definitely recommending family and friends for this property and we would love to book this property again for our next year reunion. House is very spacious and thoughtfully designed it was perfect
House is very spacious and thoughtfully designed it was perfect for our multi family getaway, the screen porch is especially nice in the summer! We traveled with our two young kids and the place was well stocked with toys, books, safety gate and high chair. The property also provides private access to a lovely stream great for wading or taking cold plunge. Spent the days hiking and exploring nearby towns and our nights by the fire pit which was well stocked with wood. We had some minor issues with lights not working in the kitchen, hallway, and upstairs bathroom which we alerted the host. Overall it was a great stay, would come back again.

Our family stayed at this airbnb during our wedding weekend and it was an immaculate house. The photos does not do this property justice. The house was very modern, clean and spacious. The location was private and perfect and less than 30 minutes from our wedding venue at Handsome Hollow. Communication with the host was easy and they were so responsive. We highly recommend this house and hope to come back in the future.

We had a great long weekend here! The house was well-equipped and felt professionally maintained. All six bedrooms were comfortable. The creek at the bottom of the property was stunning—don’t miss it!

Best stay! The home was exactly as described and perfect for our trip as it was close (within 15 minutes) to many cute main street shopping and restaurants. Cozy feel with plenty of space for all of us. The screened in patio was my favorite spot to relax and take in the beautiful views! Every room had amazing views. Mary and Samantha at Red Cottage were very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for a great trip. Definitely want to stay here again!

My family and I had a lovely stay here. It feels private and quiet while not being too secluded. The space is beautiful and well organized. We liked that there were two bedrooms on each floor, each set with its own full bath. We loved that the whole house and patio is pretty much bug proof! The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful if we had any questions.

The amenities are all top notch, with plush bathroom towels and soft comfortable beds. The house is airy and spacious; perfect for families and larger groups. In addition to the house itself, the property, creek, and screened porch create great spaces for enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommended!
