Check-in is at 4pm unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
DEPARTURE
Check-out is by 11am unless otherwise stated in writing. The cleaner will be arriving shortly after to begin preparing for the next renters.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Primary guest booking must be 25 years or older. The person booking should also not have any negative reviews.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
No additional overnight guests! If you’d like to have additional daytime visitors for any reason, let us know how many people prior to booking so we can agree on the number. Undisclosed additional guests will result in higher cleaning fees and/or cancellation.
PETS
Pets are not permitted.
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts properly.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING
Garbage and recycling should be bagged and secured and left in the bins outside by the shed, just down the little bridge by the side gate in front of the road. The bins are marked for garbage and recycling. All garbage and recycling is picked up on Thursdays.
SEPTIC
Please be mindful of the septic system and do not flush anything down the toilets or drains other than toilet paper. This includes any and all personal hygiene products, baby wipes, bleaches and strong chemical cleaners.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES
We are an adult-only property — newborns are our only exception
No fireworks
No weapons of any kind and no hunting
No shoes in the house
No unattended fires (indoor or outdoor)
No glass cups or bottles in the creek
Swim in the creek at your own risk! Though it’s fun, it’s slippery and inherently dangerous.
