No smoking is permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts properly. Any violation of this policy is subject to a $500 fee.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care and respect. Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.
OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside staff such as private chefs, massage therapists, or other service providers are welcome, but prior approval is required before they come on-site.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS
Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement. If applicable, it will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
SEPTIC
Please be mindful of the septic system and do not flush anything down the toilets or drains other than toilet paper. This includes any and all personal hygiene products, baby wipes, bleaches and strong chemical cleaners.

The Home
Red Hill House is a delightful country retreat set on nearly two acres of peaceful landscape. A wide, welcoming staircase leads to a covered front porch with classic white railings—an ideal spot to unwind while enjoying views of the expansive lawn and surrounding woods.
Inside, the main level presents a half bathroom, a bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area and an inviting living room. The fully equipped kitchen offers crisp white cabinetry, a central prep island, and warm wood floors while the sunlit dining table invites guests to gather around. Thoughtfully styled with vintage accents plus rich wood floors paired with leather armchairs, and a plush neutral-toned sofa arranged around a cozy fireplace, the living room reflects a timeless yet relaxed aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Upstairs are three bright and airy bedrooms, each with its own distinct character. The stylish master bedroom features a king-size bed, sectional sofa, two plush armchairs, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The first guest bedroom offers a soft curated color palette with a queen size bed and a comfortable armchair while the second guest bedroom offers playful decor, a double size bed with a trundle twin bed, large windows and a laptop friendly workspace. A cozy hallway reading nook and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower combo complete the upper level.
The basement is a versatile space designed for relaxation, creativity, or staying active. Enjoy a flat-screen TV, a laptop-friendly workspace, a NordicTrack treadmill, exercise bench, weights, yoga mats, a Peloton bike, and a collection of musical instruments to inspire your downtime.
The covered back porch, complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating are ideal for al fresco meals or quiet moments in nature. Surrounded by towering trees, a manicured lawn, and a winding stone path, Red Hill House offers a tranquil, picture-perfect escape in every season.

Guests are only to use the fireplace in the living room.
UPDATE: This house is no longer pet friendly as of 12/3/25.
The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Please note that all other items in the basement which is primarily a storage area are off-limits.
