The Sagewood Retreat is a 4 bed, 2 bath chalet just 15 minutes from Windham, and with easy access to shops, restaurants and breweries.

The Sagewood Retreat is a charming Catskills home surrounded by forest and easy access to some of the best outdoor activities in the region. Featuring large windows and an expansive deck overlooking the private parcel, this inviting retreat offers a hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, and a children’s playset, ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

On the main floor, a bright living area boasts soaring ceilings, a TV, large windows and deck access. Prepare your favorite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen with stone counter tops and stainless steel appliances.Just beyond, the dining room seats six, and is a cozy setting for shared meals framed by large windows. After a day of hiking or skiing, you can relax on the comfortable sectional sofa in front of the gas fireplace and play a game with friends, or unwind.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the main floor. The primary bedroom presents a king size bed, walk-in closet, workspace and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Two guest bedrooms each offer a double bed, with one including a laptop friendly workspace. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower is located in the hallway. Upstairs, find the third guest bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed, plus a laptop friendly workspace.

The expansive deck invites you to enjoy al fresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks, while the lawn’s fire pit and Adirondack chairs provide a cozy spot to gather under the stars. Families will love the children’s playset, and after a day exploring nearby hiking trails, ski slopes, or charming mountain towns, the hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind amidst nature’s tranquility.
