House Rules
Additional: VRBO Reservations: Guests are required to sign and return the rental agreement within 24 hours. For next day bookings, return within the 5 hours!
ARRIVAL
Check-in is at 4pm unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
DEPARTURE
Check-out is by 11am unless otherwise stated in writing. The cleaner will be arriving shortly after to begin preparing for the next renters.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Primary guest booking must be 25 years or older. The person booking should also not have any negative reviews.
PETS
Sorry, pets are not permitted. Failure to disclose any pets in advance may result in additional fees or penalties.
SMOKING
No smoking is permitted inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of butts properly. Any violation of this policy is subject to a $500 fee.
EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEES
We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care and respect. Should the property require cleaning beyond the standard turnover—due to excessive mess or incidents involving bodily fluids such as blood, vomit, or waste—a $500 fee may apply. Any linens or furnishings damaged beyond repair will also be subject to replacement charges. These situations are considered outside the scope of routine housekeeping and require specialized attention to ensure the safety and well-being of our team.
ACCURATE GUEST COUNT
The number of guests must be accurately disclosed at the time of booking. While we don’t charge extra for additional guests up to the home’s maximum occupancy, this information is essential so we can properly prepare and stock the home. Please note that penalties may apply if guest counts are inaccurate or intentionally misrepresented.
OUTSIDE SERVICE PROVIDERS
Outside staff such as private chefs, massage therapists, or other service providers are welcome, but prior approval is required before they come on-site.
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENTS
Guests may be required to sign a rental agreement. If applicable, it will be sent after the booking is confirmed.
SEPTIC
Please be mindful of the septic system and do not flush anything down the toilets or drains other than toilet paper. This includes any and all personal hygiene products, baby wipes, bleaches and strong chemical cleaners.
BUGS
To avoid unwanted bugs and critters, please do not leave food out or doors open. As well, lyme, a tick-born disease, is a concern in the Hudson Valley and Catskills regions. Please be mindful by wearing long pants and sleeves while hiking or playing outdoors, and remember to check yourself, kids, and pets daily for ticks.
WINTER WEATHER:
In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and slippery roads. While we have someone that plows and salts the roads, weather in the area can be unpredictable so please check and plan accordingly.

THE SPACE
This 4BR/3.5 BATH luxury getaway in Stowe Vermont offers an idyllic luxury retreat complete with a gas fireplace, home theater, chef’s kitchen, outdoor dining and lounge and plenty of room for your friends or family to come together or spread out and relax.
Spacious and stylish, the 3 story designer interior features over 2000 square feet of living space with an open floorpan and floor to ceiling windows in the main living room.
All of this just minutes away from Stowe Mountain Resort!
This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for families. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.
ENTRYWAY
The garage offers ample storage for all your winter or summer gear including, boot dryers and ski and bike racks. Once inside the spacious entryway has plenty of room for everyones coats, boots and extras!
LIVING AREA
The bright, open living room features a modern gas fireplace, tall ceilings and a plush sectional. Adjacent to the kitchen is a private den where the kids can escape to watch a movie while the adults relax by the fire. The den features lounge furniture and a SmartTV. On the lower level you’ll find the best part, a home theater with a 120” 4K screen and staged theater seating to watch your favorite movie or the big game!
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet chef’s kitchen is outfitted with a brand-new suite of top of the line appliances – including a gas range, a roomy French-door fridge, and an island seating four. Come together for a delicious meal at the beautiful open dining table and make memories that last a lifetime. The kitchen comes stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and creamers, olive oil, salt & pepper, and a surprise welcome basket!
BED & BATH
This home sleeps eight adults in four bedrooms, with new beds and luxury bedding. The primary King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and SmartTV. There are two Queen guest rooms and a fourth room with two twin beds. There are two additional full baths and a half bath in the entry.
The bathrooms are stocked with the following travel size amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansing bar, lotion, make up remover wipes and Q-tips.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
The private deck includes lounge seating and the back patio offers alfresco dining around the fire pit table for six.
Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a bbq. Enjoy drinks around the gas fire table or relax out front in the Adirondack chairs.

This property is 9 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. From this location, you are so far up the Mountain Rd, you have a huge advantage to get to the free lots at either the Cross Country Center or Toll House lot early and secure a spot! Jump on the shuttle and get some fresh pow!
DRIVING TO THE MOUNTAIN:
This property is 9 minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort (with no traffic). From this location, you are so far up the Mountain Rd, you have a huge advantage to get to the free lots at either the Cross Country Center or Toll House lot early and secure a spot! Jump on the shuttle and get some fresh pow!
The main mountain lots charge for parking on Friday, Saturday and Sundays but parking is free Mon-Thursday).
However, if you don’t want to pay for parking, we recommend the two free parking lots which are at The Cross Country Center (5281 Mountain Road, Stowe) lot or the Toll House Lift Lot (on your left as you get close to the mountain (but get there really early!). Once there’s enough snow and The Toll House lift is running you won’t have to take the shuttle to main lodge you can just ride the lift from there..
