Upon entering on the main level, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with air conditioning. The space combines a mix of wood tones, neutral colors and modern accents with large windows and a sliding glass door that opens to an outdoor deck.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek white cabinets, white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wooden dining table with black chairs and a stylish coffee bar corner while the living area presents a woodstove set against a striking black-and-white patterned tile backdrop, comfortable seating, a TV, ceiling fan and laptop friendly work area.

There is a second living room, on the lower level, also outfitted with AC. This cozy space includes an integrated bookshelf and work area along with a plush sofa, two single armchairs, and a bean bag arranged around a coffee table in front of a TV.

On the main level, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, plush sofa, wooden armoire and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest bedroom one, also on the main level, is a larger space featuring two twin beds while guest bedroom two, located on the lower level, has a queen sized bed. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination which is on the main level.
