Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is adorable and very cozy! It had everything we needed and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better location so close to all the main restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We were happy with our stay. A nice home base for the Slide Mountain and Giant’s Ledge hikes. A bit over an hour to Kaaterskills and or Minnewaska. A ton of porch space, not a ton of indoor hangout space if you’re with a decent sized group (we were not). The only true hassle is just that the walk from the Car to the Front Door is rough and not illuminated. Plan to have a flashlight ready if you’re arriving at night. You’ll be carrying your stuff over rocks/gravel/dirt The large is yard but you’re in the woods. Be aware of ticks and other insects on the property (not in the cabin itself!) The two bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs are accessible via a spiral staircase and connected via a wooden platform of slats. The slats had noticeable give when this 200lb person walked on them. Don’t plan on a super tall or a big person being comfortable going upstairs. Again, it’s a cabin. Set your expectations. Perspective wise, we thought we missed the house because a lot of the outside pictures are actually looking at the road. You look down at the house from the road, and park on the road as well. Tip for getting here (not a reflection of the property itself): Depending on where you’re coming from, the GPS might take you from the east. This way involves several miles of seasonal dirt road that I don’t recommend unless you’re into that sort of thing. Our GPS took us there at night – not my favorite night drive. Coming from Claryville involves only a short bit of dirt road.

One of the best Air BnBs we have stayed at. Cozy but spacious feel. Hot tub on the stream is the highlight but really everything about the place is great. Professional staff. Look forward to returning. Thanks Again.

This is our second time here and it’s ours favorite upstate cabin. It’s fully equipped with everything we need. They also had someone to snowplow the driveway after a day of heavy snow. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Cottage. It was cute, clean and accurately described. We were a party of 6 adults and it was very comfortable. We even grilled out one night which was fun. Can’t ask for a better location to walk around Great Barrington. Close to other towns for nice day trips. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Perch Lake! The home is spacious and beautiful! The views sunrises are amazing! We unfortunately were unable to checkin on the first day fire to power outages due to a wet snow storm. They were very informative and have said they will refund the nite for us. Out of their control of course! We had another outage when there but only for a delete hours. We stayed for thanksgiving and would recommend the home! The towns near by are super cute and we drove into Hobert which is a bookstore town! Thank you!

The house is beautifully designed, bright and easy – it was a perfect getaway spot in a quiet and lovely neighborhood, just a short walk away from the beach. I would book it again in a heartbeat any season of the year!

Beautiful home and perfect location!

This property is stunning and we highly recommend it. The management company was very responsive and clear in all communication. The property has the most beautiful interiors and it was a fantastic reset.

Beautiful home. Great amenities. Fully stocked. Convenient to Great Barrington and good hiking. Plenty of room for my family of 7 adults and our pets to spread out. Also ample places to work if need be. The management company was extremely responsive. When there was a problem with the AC they worked quickly to get it fixed. My one recommendation would be to provide more outdoor furniture on the front porch. There were only 2 Adirondack chairs and room for a sofa or additional chairs to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We stayed at this Airbnb for my birthday a group of 10 total. The property is beautiful and the decor was nice as well. We all fit comfortably and the beds were comfortable as well. The house was spacious so we had plenty of space and didn’t feel overcrowded. Plenty of bathrooms, linens, cleaning supplies everything we needed. The house has a beautiful backyard with a barbecue grill, a fire pit and hammock to hang out. My favorite part of the home was the master suite. It’s decorated beautifully and it’s so big. We headed into town about 3 miles away to hang out and have drinks. Super cute town! I recommend this place to anyone with a big group.

Wonderful stay in snowy winter wonderland! Host was super responsive and went above and beyond to help! The road was plowed and the house had everything you need.

The red cottage was a very comfortable and cozy place to stay with my family. We loved it. It was easy to find. We love the bright light during the day, the beds were super comfortable, the huge windows and the island allowed all us to have dinner together. The house was very clean. Comfortable, clean house in a convenient, quiet location in walking distance to the beach. The house is just like the pictures and the large pool was wonderful. Stu was a great host who was responsive to our questions.
