We had an extremely relaxing stay here. The place was not just very clean and comfortable but also gorgeous! All the appliances were very new and easy to use. It was so quiet, I could sleep in and get some serious rest! The bed is also super super comfortable. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at Red cottage. The property is beautiful the house is wonderful spacious but still with a cozy feel. We had our 3 month old son and our 9 year old fox terrier with us and everyone had a good time. The hot tub on the deck is great with a great view. We would definitely love to come back someday.

This place was incredible and had everything we needed for a weekend attending a wedding up the street at Spillian. Extremely responsive/ communicative host, and lots of space and activities to do in the house. The shared space had a nice aesthetic and more homey than many managed rentals. Definitely the most equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in an airbnb- it felt like a thoughtful setup for several people planning to really spend time in the space. Loved the deck area and hot tub- so many spaces for hanging out. The rooms are great- perfect for 3 couples plus kids since the 4th bedroom is somewhat public, but has privacy curtains.

We had a perfect weekend stay here – especially loved the stocked kitchen and cozy interiors. Would definitely recommend!

This is our third year spending a long weekend in Livingston Manor. The home was perfect size for 4 couples and a toddler with 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house was clean and spacious with great indoor and outdoor space. The firepit area was perfect for an evening fire and smores and the location was convenient to get into town and to local areas like Roscoe and Calicoon. We highly recommend staying here!

We stayed here for a long weekend getaway from the city and it was as amazing as it looks. The home felt really spacious and warm. The beds were very comfortable and the open living space and kitchen was perfect. It was so peaceful and the home just had a good energy. Highly recommend it for a couple or small group.

This property is a real gem – very generous spaces and room. Every aspect was in very good working order. Great hosts: communicative and helpful. We held a family gathering of 15 people for dinner – of which 10 stayed for 4 nights. Everyone was impressed with the property. Excellent nearby food shopping in Great Barrington. Our experience was very positive and would recommend to others looking for a similar large scale gathering.

This house is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The Mountain View’s are incredible. It is the perfect escape while being close to town for coffee, restaurants, and shops.

This was truly the best Catskills getaway. The cozy couch, fur throws, and fire pit made the nights feel magical while we relaxed under the glowing stars. The beds were incredibly comfortable, similar to a high-end hotel but with the comfort of a home. The linens felt luxurious, the bathrooms were spotless, and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

Great house just a 5 min drive from downtown Hudson. So cozy and homey. Was great to bring the dogs as well, just noting that the back yard is not fully fenced in. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I have stayed at countless Airbnbs all over the world, and I can honestly say I have never experienced a stay like this one. I knew the photos were beautiful, but nothing prepared me for how incredible the Spirit Cabin truly is. Every single detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and elevated.
From the Aesop and Le Labo toiletries, to the SFERRA linens, to the Toto toilets — the quality of everything in this home is unbelievable. The beds were genuinely some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The kitchen was stocked better than most actual homes: pancake mix, s’mores supplies, a full spice collection, wooden spoons, a garlic press, baking tools, and anything you could possibly need to cook a full meal. I Instacarted food before arriving and ended up not needing half of the items because the cabin already had so much.
The jacuzzi was perfect, the fire pit was magical, and the entire space felt peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. It’s rare to feel so taken care of in

The Post Haus is a nice home in a perfect setting. It felt safe and private. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. The place is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and immediately feels like someone actually cared about the details. The bathtub was a standout, the bed was genuinely cozy, and having Sonos throughout was a surprisingly great touch. The setting is wonderfully remote in the best way. Quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we were hoping for. Would absolutely come back.

This home was beautiful and quite charming. It was well equipped and had space for my entire family. We enjoyed our holiday week. The service provided by Red Cottage was exemplary.

Honestly one of the best air bnb experiences my friends and I have ever had. The place is immaculate, beautifully finished and well located to lovely Woodstock. It was cosy, well equipped and just felt like home (I wish!). Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at the Butterfly Cottage! Perfect amount of space for four adults. We enjoyed spending evenings together by the fire place. Perfect place in the woods but also not too far away from Lenox or Stockbridge. We hope to return again!

Chalet des Collines was a fantastic find!
We know the area well, but needed extra space for our family over Thanksgiving weekend—and this home was perfect. It was exactly as advertised, beautifully appointed, and offered plenty of room for our family of five. We felt so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay.
We’re already looking forward to returning in the warmer months so we can fully enjoy the outdoor space.

Property is slim to none, just as described. This was an architects dream to say the least. Host was extremely responsive and addressed all concerns. The amenities were wonderful and well thought out. I would highly recommend this property and will be returning in the future. The Red Cottage Group is 100% worth the 5 stars here.

Words do not do justice as to what a beautiful space it is! Everything was perfect. My partner and I are already daydreaming about returning and spending another dreamy getaway in Narrowsburg!

I had a great stay overall! Even though there wasn’t any heat in the basement and one of the showers is down there, the place itself is really charming in both summer and winter. The hosts were super responsive and helpful the entire time. The roads leading up to the property are a bit curvy and can get confusing, but if you’re looking for a quiet, private getaway, this is a great pick. Overall, the place felt very cozy!

We had a wonderful stay at this home during our ski trip. The house was clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a long day on the mountain. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly, making everything smooth from check-in to checkout.

Great stay, very responsive hosts

We had an amazing stay here. Went with a group of friends and a few kids, and honestly the house had everything we needed. Ping-pong table, arcade games, tons of space… the kids were busy the whole time.
Even though we came during the cold season, we still got to enjoy the fire pit outside — the view from there is incredible. We couldn’t use the pool, of course, and a working jacuzzi this time of year would’ve been perfect (wink wink just a suggestion!).
The house itself is super spacious, clean, and really well set up. The living area was our favorite spot; we ended up not even going anywhere because we were having so much fun just hanging out at the house. The bunk room was a hit too — eight full queen beds, which was great for a big group.
We’d love to come back in the summer and experience it all again in warmer weather. Highly recommend!

Clean space, with Woodstock, Catskills, and Hudson within close distance.

We spent Thanksgiving week at the house and had a wonderful time. Everything is just as described. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We loved sitting and eating in the great room with the wonderful views. The two floors worked out well, with our daughters staying upstairs and my husband and I staying downstairs. The location is great. The house is a short drive to multiple towns, lakes and trails. There is much to do in the area. We took trips to the Berkshires to see the Norman Rockwell Museum and hike the Bash Bish Falls trail. Explored the nearby Olana State Historical Site, home of Frederic Church. Enjoyed eating at the Stissing House, in nearby Pine Plains. Red Cottage was very responsive and helpful. We had to delay our return flight due to a winter storm, and Red Cottage was able to accommodate our request to stay another night. We highly recommend staying here.

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this Cornwall home and absolutely loved it. The kitchen was equipped beyond our expectations, and there were plenty of extra linens and pillows in the closets. The whole place was so cozy—we felt right at home all weekend. Highly recommend! We would love to be back 🙂

We had a truly wonderful stay! We spent most of our time indoors cooking, and the kitchen was absolutely perfect—well-equipped, spacious, and a joy to use. It made celebrating Thanksgiving especially memorable. The whole place was warm, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing holiday getaway. We’d happily stay here again!

A truly beautiful home in a peaceful setting. The owners have done an extraordinary job renovating this classic Hudson Valley house, and Red Cottage made checking in and out a breeze. The kitchen was ideally set up for a family holiday, and the living room is the most serene place to sit back, relax, read and unwind from city life. I was also very impressed that Red Cottage responded quickly when we had a concern, even sending out a professional on a holiday to get it fixed. We’ll be back!
