The cottage features three inviting bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full, and 2 Twins), ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Two well-appointed bathrooms provide modern convenience and comfort.

This space is perfect for alfresco dining or simply relaxing while soaking in the serene landscape. Enjoy a barbecue on the grill or gather around the pine grove fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.

We strive to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible by providing fresh linens, fluffy towels, and toiletries. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials including a coffee maker and grinder, a full set of pots and pans, plates, and cutlery. Stay connected with WiFi by Spectrum and stream your favorite media on the Smart TV.

Step onto the deck and enter the warm wood interior of the cabin, where intimate spaces invite you to relax and recharge. A wood-burning stove creates a cozy ambiance for quiet evenings, while the open-plan kitchen and dining area for four make mealtime a breeze. The queen bedroom, just across the hall, offers a restful retreat, and a door leading outside allows easy indoor-outdoor living right from the bedroom. Outside, the beauty of the property continues with an inviting fire pit and outdoor dining area to enjoy meals under the stars. A BBQ grill completes the setup for relaxing evenings. A half-mile hiking trail begins behind the cabin, marked with blue dots on the trees, inviting you to explore the property’s natural beauty.

Meadow Top Cottage and Cabin is 1 mile from the Mill River General Store; filled with local food, produce and staples. It is also close to Sheffield and Great Barrington which have several grocery stores, outstanding restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, yoga and more. You’re close to many hiking trails, skiing, arts and cultural institutions. With Umpachene Falls and Lake Garfield around the corner, bringing swimsuits in the summer is a must.

You’ll need a car to get here and to get around. The house has an internet connection and moderate cell service with AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon. The Berkshires is full of cellular dead zones, so we recommend downloading the region’s online maps to your device prior to arrival or any day while you’re here at the cottage. The cottage has a shared driveway, so please make sure you do not park in the circle of the driveway. Either pull into one of the spots or use the garage. Thank you!

Guests have exclusive access to the cottage and cabin, private outdoor spaces with grills, table and chairs. Access to the larger 72-acre estate is shared, which includes lush grounds and a rolling landscape. The pool and hot tub on property are not included in the cottage or cabin amenities.
