Amazing property

The house was clean and well maintained. I also loved the fact that all the bedrooms have their own bathroom.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend girls trip to Belleayre mountain. Everything was exactly as expected. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a great weekend stay at the cabin in Livingston Manor!
The house is very clean and well kept with all needed amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and wood stove at the house! It is about 15 minutes from downtown Livingston Manor, 20 minutes to Roscoe, and about 15 minutes from the closest hiking trail.
One thing to note is the house is on a quiet road but there are no blinds or curtains on the windows and can be seen from the road. Other than that, no complaints!

Great place. Maybe the most well appointed rental we’ve stayed in. The only drawback was it was on a busy highway and no fenced yard, so I’d just be aware when booking if you have young kids or a dog. That said everything was totally fine and safe and we had a great stay.

Beautiful home on beautiful land. I didn’t realize how close the brook was on the property and it was very relaxing and scenic. The sauna with the view of the woods and water was great. Highly recommend this place!

Belleayre View Stay

Our stay was delightful. My sister and her husband joined us. Everything was set up perfectly for a ski vacation with my dog. She never did catch that rabbit. The bathrobes and all the amenities (soaps, etc) were a nice touch. Red Cottage kept in touch with us with some maintenance issues. The place is so close to Belleayre and the landscape and everything beautiful. Couldn't imagine a more perfect ski vacation than this. Well more snow but that's not in any one's control.

Celebrating a family birthday for a long weekend this was the perfect place. We used the wood burning fireplace nonstop. We cooked in the gourmet kitchen on the Viking stove, played pool and darts in the barn and hiked around. Property manager responded to questions immediately. We hope to return again soon!

House is fully stocked for even the pickiest of cooks! There is so much space for kids to play . House is simple modern and very clean , we ignored the 4wd and brought our front wheel SUV with bald tires lol , barely made it up , I wouldn't ignore that again . All in all ,our party of eight all had smiles and no complaints!

Our stay at Phobes Nest was absolutely incredible! Everything was exactly as listed in the description and the host was excellent at communicating. The cabon was very cozy and was exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend!

We had a great weekend stay at the cabin in Livingston Manor!
