Seven Star Stowe Retreat

I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay here. It began with the ease of booking thanks to the owners responsiveness to our inquiries. A responsiveness that continued leading up to and throughout our stay. The owners are truly wonderful hosts and were so helpful answering all of our questions not only about the house but about grocery stores (we loved The Butchery for steaks on the grill), wine stores, hiking (climbing Stowe Pinnacle was a highlight!), and more! The house is beautiful and the perfect escape we needed. We loved the grill and hot tub conveniently located right outside the main floor within close proximity to the kitchen and main living room. The fireplace was perfect for cozy reading and games. The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook which having rented numerous homes in the past has not always been our experience. We certainly enjoyed the appliances for our fresh pasta and bread! Master suite with the incredible views from the comfortable king bed and the soaking tub in the bathroom were a treat! Also for music lovers the sound system throughout the house is awesome. Proximity to town is excellent and make sure to check out the nearby Gold Brook. So picturesque! I can’t say enough about the house and the hosts. Plan to return again and again!
