The cottage is located in a little neighborhood down by the river. Quiet and friendly neighbors on all sides of the property. We had drinks down on the public dock, cooked in the well appointed kitchen and had a wonderful weekend exploring Portsmouth, NH and Kennebunk, ME. Perfect weekend getaway.
