The Salt house is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a home away from home. Personally I would love to live here all the time! Tastefully decorated from the furniture to the appliances and table ware. Keep in mind that it is a bit remote (which is part of it’s charm) . I stayed during the off season and it was hard to find places to eat especially during the week. Location is great if you are interested in visiting some of the smaller towns along the ocean and Acadia in the same trip.
