This was our first visit to Maine! As we were planning and looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful to get away, we found this sweet home and it was just the right fit! The Salt house was a really beautiful, cozy and lovely place to stay!
Each morning we spent sleeping in, reading, drinking coffee, making breakfast and relaxing before heading out to some of the nearby towns. This home was perfect for two and a great place to stay if need feel like you’ve gotten away for a moment.
We had a great time getting to travel around the area and explore, go to galleries and shop local businesses. One of our days we spent in Acadia which was only about an hour of a drive and so worth the while. But also there were also some equally as beautiful natural views so close to area where this home is located.
Instructions are very clear, getting checked in was easy, and our host was very helpful and very quick to respond to all of my questions and needs. I was very appreciative of them.
