We happened to choose the one week in VT when 100 year record rain fell. Nonetheless, Serge’s team was super easy to work with in getting very minor things addressed quickly as well as routine maintenance they needed and the heated pool SAVED the week as many of the sights we wanted to see was closed because of the flooding. The heated pool, pool table, amazing kitchen and flexible sleeping arrangements with a grocery store within 5 min plus an amazing deck saved the trip. We are extremely grateful for Serge and his team and we would be happy to stay at another of his properties. Well worth the money!
