We stayed at Eric’s place for New Years weekend and had a blast. The place is very cozy and had more than enough room for our group . There is a large living area space (with very soft carpets) and a large table for dining or playing board games. The heating issue in the previous review was not a concern for us at all. It is about 20min from Stratton Mountain and ~1hr to Killington. The market nearby had everything we needed and we picked up firewood at the hardware store next store. We enjoyed Eric’s place and would recommend to others.
