We were a group of 4 individuals and found the space generous and also allowed for privacy from each other when we needed it. Three bathrooms makes a huge difference when there are that many unrelated guests. We did need some instruction on the Nest thermostats but Inidgo was immediately communicative. None of us had any experience with the Nest, so we did have to learn how to use it.
