What a stellar find. Our only regret is not staying

What a stellar find. Our only regret is not staying longer. Few things stood out to my partner and I:
Location
While not in the center of Woodstock, the house is just a few minutes away to all of the restaurants and goings-on in town. But that’s what makes this house so special: a long long tree-covered gravel driveway opens up to the house which is surrounded by gorgeous woods on all sides. This picture-perfect seclusion was the exact upstate setting we were looking for. You could literally hear crickets at night.
The host
Andrew made the check-in process flawless, sort of what all Airbnbs should offer guests. We did have a few questions for him as we were coming from out of state. His response time was never more than a half hour helping answering a range of questions about the area, the house, etc. He even had restaurant suggestions. On that note, two of Andrew’s restaurant suggestions, Good Night and Dixons, were 5/5.
