With ease, I declare this place a gold standard for Airbnb. It was clean, organized, well-stocked, and has unique views of the brook that if viewed right, almost looks like it flows into the home. The first night, a few of us took a walk and had fun navigating with no moonlight. In our group of 6 (and an infant) everyone found something to do during the rainy days and we all had a great time. There was a bike race one day and seeing the racers pass by ruined the privacy I was expecting, but that has nothing to do with the home. On our last day, the weather cleared up and we were able to get a fire going outside and enjoy the sunlight. A few of us hit the sauna, then took a dip in the river. When the sun set, we were thrilled to have such amazing views of the stars. Living in Boston, it’s sometimes easy to forget the stars are just above us. I enjoyed the smaller details too, like complimentary coffee, snacks, and impressively printed post cards of the house under the stars.
