Our family of 4 had a great stay. The house is conveniently located, with immediate access to a nice creek. While our plans changed and friends couldn’t come, we know this property would be awesome with a big group. If you are traveling with kids, it has all of the amenities and safety features. While one commenter found it sparse, I found it properly stocked/styled and LIBERATING to not worry about too many thotchkes with young kids. Simplicity for families is key! We hope to return soon.
Great spot! The house was spacious and comfortable. The house has a lot of greenery surrounding it, and gives a lot of privacy (at least in the summer). It is great if you want a relaxing getaway. Close to the Delaware river and easy hiking trails. We had an issue with the trash but the host was very fast in taking care of that. Great communication and friendly host. Would recommend 100%.
Casa Magda is hands down the best house for a weekend upstate with friends. Tiffany’s style is impeccable and the house comfortably slept our big group of girls for a weekend retreat. I cannot recommend this airbnb enough – the property has so many nice touches inside and out and was pristine when we arrived. Everything from the record collection to the bathroom products has been curated with the best taste. Don’t hesitate to book Casa Magda!
incredible house, and in an A+ location being so close to Great Barrington. it was immaculately cleaned, so many windows and natural light, and had lots of great games and books throughout, too. Hosts were also very accommodating for an early check in and late check out.
The listing did say there would be salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. to cook with – but when we arrived, the host said they aren’t offering that due to covid. Not a huge deal – just inconvenient to buy our own cooking supplies for a short stay, so recommend future guests simply bring their own from home.

What a great find, a beautiful modern home tucked away in the woods of Vermont. This home provided all of the essential amenities plus more needed for a family of four. we visited during the summer and the weather was perfect. Nestled in the valley of 3 mountains, close to many hiking trails, restaurants and outlets, it was the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Highly recommended!!
My boyfriend and I stayed at this tiny house for our anniversary and the tiny house could not have been any better. The place was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures provided. It has everything you would need and it is beautiful overall. We recommend this placer to any traveler looking for a boujee and unique getaway!
Came here with family to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The house is beautiful and spacious, as are the grounds. There’s also an amazing pool/hot tub combo where we spent most of the time. Tennis and bocce courts were fun, too.
Kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and linens.
The only downsides were some of the furniture wasn’t in the best shape. Not a huge issue at all though. Would highly recommend this place!
From the moment we arrived til the time we left all went well bed was comfortable couch was super comfy my hisband love the TV my dog loved the fenced in area something he doesn’t have at home…the house was clean and super big to relax in loved eating at the kitchen counter fixing coffee at the coffee bar all the amenities that you need “if you want” the only disappointment was the restaurant places are closed sun mon tues so finding dinner was tough!
This house in Stowe suited our every need. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room throughout. The location was perfectly situated with an easy drive to downtown Stowe, Mount Mansfield, Waterbury, etc. The house has a very nice hot tub on the deck that we enjoyed so much. The deck was spacious and had an open view to the beautiful night sky. The master bedroom was extremely confortable and large. Each bedroom provided what we needed. I messaged the owner with a minor maintenance suggestion and she replied immediately and thanked me. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
We had the most wonderful stay at the Saltbox. The check-in process was effortless with the e-lock and Emil provided us with super useful tips to explore the best places around Windham from food, to trails, to wineries. However, the cabin is so cute and comfortable, exactly as pictured, that it is hard to leave. We were a group of 8 people and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed us to have enough privacy meanwhile sharing a great time together. The weather was great as well, so we got to enjoy the beautiful deck with the built-in hammocks and the grill. We can’t wait to come back.
We were looking for a relaxing escape after spending a portion of our summer vacation in Boston. We took the train up and rented a car in Portland. We knew we were on the right path after driving through Maine’s beautiful countryside in the summer. This place definitely delivered. The view was incredible, the wildflowers were in bloom, and the home gave our family of 4 a small place for our family to reconnect; but was also just big enough to give us each our own private spaces. We enjoyed visiting the cidery at the end of the road, hiking the 2 trails nearby and frequenting the Intervale Pizza and Market down the road (be sure to get a Whoopie Pie). You are also not too far from Freeport, which is our new favorite place in the world.
Can’t fault this place! Spacious, charming, very clean house in a quiet, peaceful setting. Husband and I wanted more space and a place to make healthy food after staying in hotels, and this place was perfect for that. We enjoyed grilling on the barbecue and sitting in the Adirondack chairs watching the sun go down. If you need a roomy, clean place to relax, this is it.
Wonderful house for our family’s trip to Stowe. Clean, comfortable, well appointed. Private but still close to all that Stowe has to offer and near some great fishing on the Little River. Nice deck for outdoor dining and star gazing. We are a family of four but you could comfortably fit two families of four. Erica was a great host, very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!
Super hip and design-y microcabin in an absolutely gloriously sylvan spot! My daughter and I stayed here for two nights in the middle of a Maine heat wave (highs of 100!) but the cabin was cool and lovely. It’s tiny but completely comfortable for the two of us. Go to Yolked for their AMAZING dinner, buy a bottle of wine, and eat dinner at the picnic table overlooking the wilds. Then go for a sunset walk up the road. Awesome experience. Quiet, remote, glorious.
Copper Hill House is a fantastic place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our pups and the board games were fun for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was quiet but close to stores, dog park etc. Faith and Anthony responded quickly when we had questions. We highly recommend Copper Hill House!
A beautiful modern but cozy spot. We really enjoyed our time here and appreciated how clean, thoughtful, and well maintained everything was. Also importantly, the hosts were super communicative and organized, and even helped reunite us with something we’d left behind after checkout! The firepit and the location right across from the brook is really special. And Jamaica State Park is lovely! Would love to be back some day.
We had a group of 8 stay here for a weekend and we were all so comfortable! The community spaces were all very open, which was great while being in a group setting. We grilled, cooked, had a fire and relaxed. There was a little bit of something for everyone, including stunning views and peace and quiet. We had 2 dogs staying with us as well and the open space and yards were great for them to be able to run around. The house sits far enough from the road (Which is also a dead end) that we felt more than comfortable letting them roam without worrying about cars or traffic. Emil was very responsive in answering any questions we had before and during our stay. If we come back to the area we would absolutely stay here again!
This little barn is the perfect getaway for a weekend or longer stay. It’s located close to tons of great hikes in the Green Mountains and is only a short drive from Stowe or Morrisville. Super convenient while still feeling private/remote.
Andrew was super attentive to all our needs during our stay and we felt like the barn came with all the necessities already. The kitchen and bathroom had all the basics you’d need, wifi was strong, A/C was great, and the fire pit out back was a nice bonus. We’d stay here again!

We had such an amazing time at this house having spent an entire month there. Everything is so peaceful and exactly what we needed to escape the city. Absolutely beautiful grounds with tons of space to play in the yards, a long driveway past idyllic ponds and huge trees. The pool is enormous and so much fun, incredibly nice and the hosts generously have added nice modern furniture and even pool toys. We spent a lot of time at the pool with our kids! The location is ideal, only 5 mins from Millbrook where there is a good selection of restaurants and a great farmers market on the weekend. Close to hiking and outdoor activities, vineyards, horse farms and other country towns to explore. I took the train back and forth to the city which is also very convenient. The house itself is large, has every possible amenity and the art work and modern decorating are really beautiful and tasteful. The pictures of the house are nice but in person it’s even better. No detail has been spared and you can tell the real dedication and care the hosts have put into it. Huge dining room table that is great for entertaining, top of the line grill that we used frequently also very nice. The gym and pelotons also were a nice extra most places just don’t have. And the hosts generously stocked the kitchen, had flowers out, and overall there really wasn’t much for us to do other than enjoy! My expectations are pretty high and our time here certainly exceeded them. Our kids didn’t want to leave and we are really looking forward to our next visit!
