Casa Magda is a perfect retreat – the fireplace is the ideal place for gathering and spending time especially during the winter months! We loved how spacious the living room is and all of the natural light pouring in. It’s extremely convenient to get to the mountain and to stores and Tiffany was so generous and communicative throughout our stay! Definitely recommend this home!
We (2 adults, 1 kid) would absolutely stay here again. We didn’t find ourselves needing anything. It was warm and cozy. Kid loved the lounge area, which he quickly claimed as his spot. Kitchen was fun to cook in. Comfy beds. Nice amenities all around, speedy WiFi. Place was spotless, too. Sadly, our fabulous stay was cut short a day short by an impending snow storm (our choice).
Everything about our trip was wonderful! We stayed with her two kids (age 4 and 5) and our dog. Our dog absolutely loved the yard being fenced in, we could let him out and didn’t have to worry about him taking off. We happen to be there during a time where there was a lot of snow and very cold temperatures. It was nice to be able to let the dog out in the yard to go to the bathroom and not take him for a walk! The house is very cozy and welcoming. Our kids loved the room with the ladder to the bunkbed. The woodstove was amazing for keeping us warm and creating that cozy Vermont vibe. We had family right in Ludlow and it was a quick 10 minute drive to see them. The owners were very communicative and actually called us the day of a snowstorm to see how we were doing and if we needed anything regarding snow removal. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are with children. We stayed in the two bedrooms upstairs but there’s also a third bedroom on the first floor.. so two families can very comfortably stay in this house.
The listing does not do this place justice! My partner and I stayed for two nights and it felt so cozy and homey the entire time. We cooked, listened to podcasts and just enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the little cabin.
The attention to detail is spectacular here and that’s not even going into how cool the lofts and full bathroom are.
We have a senior dog who needs pretty frequent care and medication, and them allowing us to bring our dogs was just the cherry on top of this amazing stay. They were happy on their travel bed in the floor in front of the heater and slept the day away.
We would absolutely come back and stay again.

The Nordic Cabin was a beautiful Scandinavian-style getaway that truly felt like an escape to another country. Such an easy drive, quiet and peaceful area. The home is beautifully designed with amazing sunlight coming in through windows and doors. Tons of space throughout the home. Beds were extremely comfortable, warm duvet/down comforters, nice sheets, and there were plenty of towels (plush and nice towels, by the way). Shampoo/conditioner/lotion are all provided. It is clear that the owners of this home were thoughtful with all details. As someone who cooked every meal while staying – the kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials for group dinners – pots, pans, serveware, foil, even a Vitamix and cast iron pan. Such a welcoming touch to have coffee and a cider from the local cidery upon arrival. Fast and reliable WiFi (4 people working with no issues). Washer/Dryer available as well as all modern appliances. Minutes away from Chatham, a roadside market with local produce and the cidery. And such a short drive to Hudson, another cute town with tons of restaurants/shops. Seamless check-in/check-out process and comprehensive/easy to read house guide. Would definitely go back. The house was great! It was very spacious and clean. Emil was very descriptive and helpful with any questions we had. It was just about five minutes from the Windham mountain which was perfect for our ski getaway.
Our stay was exactly what we needed. A cute little cabin that had the seclusion that we were looking for but still close to restaurants for coffee or dinner. The fireplace was amazing and made the stay!
The house itself was exactly as described, check-in/out was a breeze, and the whole place was super clean. The heaters took a bit to figure out, but there were instructions provided to help.

It was everything we needed for 2 families with toddlers & infants! Open concept on the 1st floor made it super easy to keep track of the little ones. We happened to be there during double digit NEGATIVE TEMPS & the house was warm & cozy throughout the entire stay!!! Anthony would respond to my concerns & needs within 5-10 minutes of every email I sent to him! I would def recommend this to anyone looking for a great stay extremely close to Okemo!!! Will def be booking their home again for our next Okemo ski trip!!!!
What a wonderful Stowe getaway! We loved every minute of our stay at Gordon’s place. From the bottle of champagne welcoming us, to the fireplace to the hot tub. We had a group of four and this was plenty of space for everyone. Such a peaceful spot. Great location too, only a few minutes to the base of Stowe. We will be back! Looking forward to seeing this gem of an Airbnb in other seasons!

not to mention this home is even more beautiful in person! the house is nestled off a private road and when we arrived it was blanketed in snow 😍
highly recommend if you’re looking to unplug and head up to the mountains.

It may be a tiny house but it has everything a couple could need for a quick getaway or respite. A full kitchen with stove, farm sink and fridge/freezer. There’s a small seating area with a loveseat and two counter stools. The outdoors (which we didn’t use) has two Adirondack chairs and small firepit and I’m sure is super cute with the fairy lights in the summer.
The lofted bedroom is accessible by small staircase. Just be careful if you’re taller and don’t sit up too quickly…the clearance is tight! The bed is super comfy and there are plenty of extra pillows in the closets.
The wifi-enabled TV had every streaming service you could possibly think of. It was great to just make some popcorn and chillax by the electric fireplace with our doggo.
We loved the access to the full kitchen with amenities and the bathroom seemed so much larger than we expected! However, the w/d is not available for use by guests but we were there such a short time it wasn’t an issue. There are plenty of extra towels, hair dryer (in the stairway drawers!) and toiletries for guest use, too.
The property does share space with another Airbnb, and a studio. We were welcomed by two unleashed doggos (they were friendly) but just something for those dog parents to know and keep four-legged family members leashed up. Also, there’s a rooster that has a time issue — he was up around 4 am but the house was pretty sound proof so we only heard it when our dog wanted to go outside.
Plus, the location to the area sights (Stratton, Mt. Snow and Brattleboro) was super close and convenient. We recommend trying nearby Ungrounded Coffee Roasters for their maple latte.

Overall everything was great! the house was really well equipped, cookware, games, blankets, cleaning products etc. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Only thing I would say is that when we arrived it seemed like the house had not been finished cleaning because the rugs and sheets were out of place and there were some cleaning products out. But not a big issue at all
My husband and I spent two days at Little River and it wasn’t enough! The cabin and river are even more beautiful in person. Lauren was amazing to deal with and gave us a great recommendation to Cross Country Ski at Hickok Park 5 minutes from the house and it was gorgeous. The special touches and notes on amenities made the stay perfect. Even though the temps were in the low teens the fire pits made it easy to hang outside and enjoy the babbling brook and beautiful pines. Everyone staying here will want to purchase a cabin in the woods! I know we do. Can’t wait to return!
We LOVED staying here for our yearly ski trip to Okemo! The hosts were so responsive and the house cozy. We loved the wood burning stove and having a nice backyard to space for our pup to run. The location was quiet yet perfectly situated to get to the mountain and all of the local restaurants. We would certainly book again! It was a great escape!
Our stay at the Darby Cabin was wonderful! Karli is super responsive, and gave us recommendations for hiking trails nearby and a super cute pizza place called The Launderette. It is so amazing that this rental is dog friendly, being that we have 2 pups and we like to bring them everywhere. It was a perfect escape to enjoy some nature with good company!

Gorgeous place located a 5 minute drive away from downtown Stowe and just another 10 minutes to the Stowe mountain ski resort. Two incredibly comfortable beds across the two bedrooms, and if you’ve ever slept on a cheap rental mattress you would be blown away by this place. Gorgeous king range Mountain View’s out the back window and the hot tub after a long day of skiing is all you could ever want. Gordon is a great host and communicates fast and often. Loved this place and hope to be back one day soon.
This cabin is so warm and cozy. We had a wonderful escape, and were able to comfortably work from home with quick wifi and plenty of desk/ tablespace. Some winter weather hit during our stay and Faith And Anthony responded quickly and helped us edit our timing to accommodate for the snow. The beds were comfortable, the TV worked great, and we enjoyed playing the games they provided. We hope to be back!
This is a lovely, clean, spacious home that can comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 families. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids and had a wonderful 2 night stay. The home has nice hot showers and a gorgeous fire place perfect for after hitting the slopes. Emil and Nicole are gracious hosts and incredibly responsive. This is a gem, we will be back!
Truly the best Airbnb I’ve visited. Gorgeous house, cozy & warm, beautiful views & awesome location. Hot tub and kitchen were amazing. Host was incredibly responsive & flexible – she responded within a minute when I messaged her. A car with 4 wheel drive is necessary to get up the hill to the house. Want to plan another trip here in the future. Highly recommend!
I stayed at Cedar Brook Cabin in early February of 2022. It was a wonderful solo getaway! I arrived on a Monday night and locked myself in until Wednesday morning, enjoying the ambiance of tiny living and relishing in the cozy features of the home. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the “wood stove” added just the right amount of heat, and the loft for lounging was a perfect place for me to stretch out and get work done. I went to Cedar Brook to see if I would enjoy the tiny home life and I can say with confidence that Wildwood Collective made the experience completely worth it! Thank you for the excellent stay!
A very cozy space in the woods, with a surprising amount of amenities around being fairly rural. Travel there was pretty easy (coming from someone who is not used to snow!) and the scenery is incredible. The house was surprisingly warm with the wood stove going and the heated floors are a very nice touch. I would love to come back in the spring or summer.. I’m sure it’s even more breathtaking! We highly recommend staying at the Barn @ Windermere! My wife and I stayed here for the week to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t ask for a better place. Great house and setup that has everything you need – we really liked the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit. We had our dog with us who loved the property and walks through the neighborhood – incredible views at the top of the hill! Great location with only a short drive into town (great restaurants and bars) and an easy drive to the mountain (for great skiing). Andrew is a very gracious host who is incredibly responsive and ensures you have everything you need for your stay. We will definitely be booking the Barn @ Windermere again in the future – thanks Andrew for a great stay!
I highly recommend this cabin, for multiple reasons!
1) It is exactly as pictured. The cabin is extremely clean, modern, and cozy. It is delightfully outfitted with everything you might need and at high quality, including the cookware, bathroom products, and furnishings. It’s adorably decorated, with a comfy/clean aesthetic, and everything provided really fits the space well. They even had humidifiers in the rooms, which was a nice touch considering I could feel the moisture seeping out of my skin. 🙂 The outside is amazing, with the soothing river flowing right next to the cabin. WiFi was fast with no issues.
It also feels super private, even though there is a neighbor close by. You really just feel like you’re in a secluded spot in the woods, which I loved.
We had no issues finding or getting to the cabin, even though it was icy when we visited.
