The house was perfect for 2 families. Nice open concept. Stunning views. Kitchen is a hodgepodge of dinnerware and not an ample amount for large group but we managed to make it work. It got very icy overnight and there was no ice melt or shovel on hand so it made it difficult to get out of the steep driveway but the property manager was responsive and had someone come in a few hours. Not far from Catamount.
We had a great stay at Hunter’s place. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 and we could have fit more comfortably. We particularly enjoyed the shuffleboard table and the fireplace. We were also very pleased with the on-site contact, Kinga, who was quick to answer any questions and even shipped something I left behind. House felt secluded and had a beautiful view, but was still very close to town. Would definitely recommend for a big group.
We had the most relaxing weekend getaway at Little River. The house was spotless and well-appointed and the hosts were responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. We really appreciated the Casper king bed, quality appliances, and Paracute linens! You can tell the remodel was a labor love and it shows in everything from the floors to the finishes. Complimentary hard cider and beer were a nice surprise and there’s nothing better than a cozy fire in the fireplace and a soak in the tub on a cold winter’s day. This was one of the most peaceful and relaxing Airbnb experiences we’ve had! A note that the hosts are very clear that you should be careful turning into and out of their driveway because of a sharp turn in the road known to cause car accidents – please heed this warning, as we ended up being the first responders to a car accident on the morning we were leaving.
We had an amazing stay at Wildwood Collective and our only wish is that it could have been longer. We found the architecture and big open main space to be relaxing and soothing. The kitchen is awesome: big and open, made cooking dinner super fun. We can’t wait to come back. Hosts were extremely responsive and answered any questions we had almost immediately. The place is cozy but also spacious. Thanks for everything!
This was the perfect house for our ski family! Despite the small footprint, it is quite spacious and open. We loved the fact you can see Magic Mountain from the living room! I always worry about mattresses and all of them were very comfortable! Plenty of warm water and heat. Eric is very helpful and quick to answer the phone. We skied all day, made dinner and watched movies on the cozy couch in front of the fire. We didn’t want the week to end!
Gordon’s place was great. It was perfect for our ski/snowboarding weekend at Stowe. Gordon was very responsive, provided great communication and put a lot thought and effort into our stay. Gordon’s place is extremely clean with great amenities and a great location. The views from the hot tub are awesome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
This tiny house is exactly as it is pictured. So cute!! Very clean. The owners were very quick to respond and instructions/ directions were very clear. We would have loved to have had a fire in the fire pit but it was very windy during our stay so we enjoyed the indoor fireplace. Very cozy!! Would definitely stay there again.
We rented the Darby House for my parents who were visiting and it was awesome. I’m not sure if this house typically attracts the 70-80 year old set but aside from it being super stylish and quaint it was also a great size for our visiting family. The spaces were comfortable, the bathrooms on each level were a plus, and the sleeping loft was a fun perk for their grandson. Karli and her partner are also very responsive and professional. Can’t thank them enough.
Lauren’s place is really special! it is exactly as the photos appear – it is super warm and homey. the details and furniture makes it super cozy – perfect to hang out both indoors and outdoors! we absolutely loved our stay and sincerely appreciate the recommendations on places to go nearby. the towns are very cute and it was a perfect getaway weekend. highly highly recommend!
For anyone who does not know the charming appeal of Stowe Vermont, Gordon‘s place is perfect for getting the vermont feel. Access to the town and the ski hill make it great for outdoors types. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but will definitely return for warm weather vacations, and future ski vacations.
This chalet is PHENOMENAL. The pictures don’t even do it justice (even though the pictures a great). It was spotless and clearly recently cleaned. There were thoughtful amenities found throughout, and a very thorough binder with instructions to the place and businesses in the area. Eric was a great host. 2 things to note: this is only the first floor- there may be guests on the 2nd floor, but the entrances are completely separate. Also, there is a bit of construction going on all around the outside of the house. Neither of these things retracted from our stay at all, though!
The outdoor view is gorgeous and the open concept living room gives a great view of the outdoors. We came up to simply site-see and hike: the location was perfect for this. The gas, groceries, and liquor are all a 2 minute drive into town and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails. Not to mention, only an hour from Killington. Highly recommend!

We loved every single minute of our time at Little River. After months of seeing photos of the cabin online, we finally decided to just go for it and we can’t believe we waited so long! From the moment we walked in, we were absolutely smitten with every detail of Lauren and Steven’s beautiful home. If you’ve been thinking of booking a stay with them, we urge you to do it as soon as possible! We are already looking forward to our next stay. It truly is so wonderful! The hosts were also so welcoming with both their communications and the gifts they left for our arrival. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Little River is the perfect getaway from it all. It is tranquil, beautiful and luxurious. It exceeded our expectations on every level and made for an amazing stay. Beautiful setting, inside and out. And all the amenities you could wish for, all rounded up by thoughtful little touches. Little River really has set a high bar for our next Airbnb stays!
If you’re looking for a short weekend getaway from the city and be in the mountains this is your spot! Came here for a two-nights stay and the house provided everything we needed. The indoor area was spacious enough for my boyfriend, myself plus our dog, but outdoor area is where you’re really going to spend your time. We loved using the fire pit and cooked our dinners every night on the grill. The outdoors was as picturesque as you can imagine, the true gem of this tiny house!
I spent a long weekend with my husband and two pups here. It was exactly what we needed to disconnect from city life and just relax. My dogs loved running around the property and we enjoyed looking out the large windows to see trees upon trees. There are tons of hiking trails nearby and during our stay we saw a black bear and 3 eagles in town.
The home was beautiful! My feedback has nothing to do with the home or the owners but sharing in case helpful for others. I didn’t feel like the home was too close to neighbors. The listing is clear that it’s not secluded but it still felt private which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we came at a time where a lot of shops and restaurants were closed for a break between the winter and summer seasons so there weren’t many food options. Also, we brought our dog and underestimated how much space we’d need with him so the tiny home wasn’t enough for us. I’d definitely go back without our pup and in the summer or winter!
The Chalet was an absolutely fantastic place to stay and Bryan was the best host. We stayed with our family of four and the house was perfect.
