The Breathe Inn is an ideal space for groups of people coming together to enjoy nature, restore themselves and take a break from the busy-ness of life. It’s beautifully designed, and there are lots of spaces to spread out to and be in. My sister and I held a yoga retreat at the Breathe Inn with 11 women, and the accommodations, grounds and yoga studio were perfect for it. We look forward to settling in there for a weekend again in the future. Thanks, David!
This location comes just as advertised and Gordon is a fantastic host. Very communicative and descriptive about the location, he accurately lays out the entire experience for you while staying at his location. The views are second to none, and the location in Stowe offers proximity to larger cities like Burlington while putting you near other marquee tourist sights such as Alchemist Brewing and Von Trapp Lodge. We’d come back anytime!
This home is lovely! It is spacious and clean and easily accomadated our large party. My two sisters and our familes stayed at the house over Memorial Day weekend and the children loved playing in the huge back yard. It was entirely fenced in which was very helpful being that we had several little ones with us. It’s the perfect distance between Stowe and Waterbury and we all enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!
Declan’s cottage is such a nice and cozy place with everything you need. The home is clean and comfortable. Declan has a management team to handle all the nitty gritty but he still made sure everything went accordingly by texting me via air bnb app. My family and I will be staying at this cottage in the future.
We can’t recommend this place enough! Such an innovative space with contemporary touches that were pleasing to the eye with great user friendly features throughout. The hosts replied promptly to queries and the place was spotless. Super pet friendly and our cat had a blast looking out through all the windows! So close to nature and a grocery store within minutes – just what we needed. Definitely coming back again!
The place was beautiful, extremely clean and up to date. Gordon was very responsive and on top of any questions we had, regardless of the time. The views were absolutely amazing from almost anywhere in the apartment. It was within driving distance to so many activities and perfect to come back to after a long day of adventures to relax in the hot tub and watch the sunset behind the mountains. Gordon was very welcoming and also added personal touches when we arrived to help us feel more welcomed. Great place to stay, highly recommend!
This place was great. It was secluded in the Green Mountain National Forest and the house had very rustic views of the woods. It was a bit buggy in the summer, but it’s in the woods after all! The towns nearby are very charming and there are a lot of places to hike.
The owners were very responsive to a question I had and there is WiFi and cable along with all of the necessities you would need. The decor was modern and the house was very clean.
I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and see this house in the fall or winter!

Really special place. It’s a modern cabin that is secluded so you get your privacy with a creek right across the road! Few min drive to a great coffee shop and local grocery store. So many things to do nearby or a short drive away. (hiking, farmers market, waterfalls, etc) It was a dream!

You can tell Lauren & Chris have put in time and effort into making the home special. I think it needs to be reminded that it’s all our responsibilities to also help them maintain the upkeep of their house. I could tell some parts of the house was just from the wear & tear of all the guests. I think it’s important to make sure we all treat it as if it’s our home so that the house can hosts many many guests in the future!

Our stay at the tiny house was a fantastic experience. Lauren and Chris gave clear advance instructions on how to get in without a hitch. The kitchen area is beautiful and we made meals in after our hikes on three nearby gorgeous waterfalls. The bed was comfy and the surrounding grounds lovely. There’s a small amount of traffic noise when you sit out on the porch, but aside from high traffic times, the environment is still and very peaceful. I highly recommend this as a lovely launching point for adventures in the area!
This was the perfect home for our leadership retreat outside of NYC. There are plenty of rooms/bathrooms to make this comfortable for a large group of adults. Also plenty of common spaces both indoors and outdoors to collaborate on our business planning. The projector was a nice (unexpected) touch to cast presentations. Great spot, thanks David!
This home is lovely. It’s in a quiet area. Close to hits on the Hudson show grounds. Home was clean and essentials were supplied. If you are planning a trip in the summer, one of the bedrooms does not have air conditioning. The team responds quickly to questions. I would highly recommend this home. It is adorable.
Absolutely beautiful home with lots of charm plus all modern amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway with family/friends. The private yoga studio and the huge pool made for a perfect, relaxing weekend. The house was well kept and fully stocked with everything you might need. Lots to do nearby, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities! Couldn’t recommend this property more!
We stayed in the house for a lacrosse tournament and it was perfect.
Plenty of room for everyone. The boys loved the hot tub and the entertainment system in the downstairs. The adults loved the close proximity to town and the fields.
The kitchen had everything you would need, even a large electric skillet which made it easy to make pancakes for 4 hungry boys in the morning!
The owner was very easy to contact with questions prior to arrival. We had no issues. Highly recommend this house!!
This house is an oasis. The stream across the way makes the most soothing sound and on a clear night you can see the Milky Way ribbon and, if you’re lucky like us, a half-dozen shooting stars. The three beds are comfy, the kitchen is highly functional and the living room is quite pleasant and open. And bonus: just down the road is a remarkable grocery store and a fantastic sandwich shop. Lauren and Chris provide a map that leads to choice vistas and swimming holes. Nearby Hamilton Falls is one of the most – if not the most – beautiful swimming holes I’ve ever been to.
What a great house for a big group! We had 8 adults and 5 kids (ages 2-4) and everyone had a comfortable, fun, and restful time. The kitchen is really well stocked, the home is set back from the road so the kids can run freely, and there’s plenty of spaces indoors and outdoors to explore and relax (pool! Indoor lounge! Zipline!). We put the kids on the top (3rd) floor so they weren’t bothered by noise after they went to bed. This was a great home and I definitely recommend it.
