We had such a lovely stay at the Hamlin house! It was a perfect location for driving into Manor or Roscoe! With 8 adults, the house is spacious and beautifully designed. The historic charm of this property was a wonderful Catskills experience! We enjoyed sitting outside and staring at the full moon and stars while listening to the river right across the road. Will definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to staying here again!
Had an incredible 4-night stay at this charming home. Perfect for a family getaway to Catskills and the lake access is an added bonus. The property is situated less than a 5-minute drive to Main Street in Livingston Manor and about a 15-minute walk to Shandalee Lake. We didn’t want to leave and we will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at Wildwood Collective! The house was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The setting was serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
One of the most beautiful AirBnB’s I’ve stayed at! House has an amazing layout to host a larger group! We loved hanging out in the basement at night for game nights! Room layouts were perfect and could not be more clean! High end furniture and quality pieces! You can tell a lot of thought went into this rental.
Only a two minute walk to Saco River Tubing, great food right across the street, and minimal driving distance to all the sights N Conway has to offer! We will be back!

The house was beautiful and area was nice and peaceful. Loved kayaking in pond. Only wish is that the pond was swimmable. Looks like It may have been at one time.
Overall great place, very clean. They had plenty of firewood which was awesome. Host very responsive to any questions or issues. Highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet. Hillrock distillery was only minutes away and very informative tour and tasting of bourbons and whiskey.

Red Cottage was one the best AirBnBs we have stayed in. The location was stunning — private, gorgeous view, immaculate landscaping, and close to great restaurants and hikes.
The home was incredibly clean, well stocked, and had a very functional layout. The screened in porch made it the perfect place to relax for the week.
It accommodated our family, including young kids, very well. We did need to bring our own crib and kids supplies. (Not a negative, but parents should come prepared.)
The hosts were extremely responsive and addressed our small concerns very quickly. We would highly recommend this wonderful property and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you, Red Cottage, for the exceptional hospitality!

The house is immaculate—very clean, beautifully styled, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. You can feel how much care the owners have put into making this space truly welcoming and luxurious.
The view alone is unforgettable. Waking up in the master bedroom to that breathtaking panorama is something I’ll remember for the rest of my life. It truly felt like waking up inside a dream.
The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, making it easy and enjoyable to cook or entertain. There’s also a fantastic library with books for every taste and age—a rare and lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need or imagine was already there, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The Red Cottage was honestly the perfect spot for our trip. The property is absolutely beautiful and the pictures really don’t capture how special it feels in person. It almost felt like we were in another country. So peaceful and tucked away, but still super comfortable and perfect for a weekend with family and friends.
We spent most of our time hanging out by the pool and playing tennis and pickleball. We didn’t even feel the need to leave the property. Everything we needed was nearby too like the grocery and liquor store that was only 10-15 minutes away.

This was a beautiful rental. It was clean with all of the amenities we needed. It was small but perfect for our little family (toddler and 2 medium sized dogs). It’s about 1 hour from Bar Harbor and we needed to drive in order to find some decent restaurants (admittedly picky about that) but it was in a nice area. Quiet & peaceful. We would definitely stay in another one of Lauren’s properties!
We had a great stay at this place. The surroundings are beautiful and it’s a relatively easy drive to Acadia but there are other towns nearby worth checking out too. The only thing I wish was clearer in the description is that there’s no shower and the tub is in a corner with a slanted ceiling so you cannot stand in it either, which is not always ideal. Other than that the place and location were great.
Our stay at the tiny home was wonderful! We were given straightforward directions for its location and the place was spotless upon checking in. The amenities were exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the local recommendations that were provided; we tried a few of the recommended restaurants and they were excellent! Overall this stay provided a great experience for visiting Vermont. If we get the chance to visit the area another time, we will definitely book this place again!
We stayed at the Red Cottage located at 306 Pucky Road in Bethel, NY. The space was awesome as was the surroundings. The beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was new and worked great. I can recommend some outdoor seating on the deck where the jacuzzi is located. There were no chairs to sit and enjoy the views. An outdoor dining table would ba e been great on the deck as well. All in all it was a beautiful property and would would book the Red Cottage again. The communication with the property was also outstanding.
