My husband and I had a great few days at the Acadia Salt House. It was decorated beautifully, a very serene space. The kitchen was well stocked and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the cookware! We were able to easily get to everything we needed to, and loved how secluded the property felt. We would definitely stay again!
We loved this cabin so, so much. Our stay was beyond relaxing. Like other reviews say, the house is off of a country highway but it was still so quiet and felt very private. The house was gorgeous and you can tell that the owners really care about this place, and the land it’s located on felt like being at summer camp in the best way. We made good use of the sauna and the fire pit on the chilly nights we spent there. The beds and linens were very comfy, the amenities were all there, and we were just generally pleasantly surprised with the quality of everything.
The town it’s in is teeny tiny, but had all of the essentials even though it was definitely quieter and with semi limited options due to November being an off season-ish time to be in the Catskills. There are other small towns to drive to within 20 min to explore, eat, grab coffee, etc. All in all, one of the better airbnbs we’ve ever rented.

My family and I (2 adults and 2 8yr olds) spent 3 nights at this wonderful home. It had everything we needed and was a good home base for all of the areas we wanted to see on the trip. The house looks just like it does in the pictures and it was super comfortable and welcoming. Everything was clean and well apportioned. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay for sure. It is a bit far from most things, although Stratton was only around 12 mins away and there was a phenomal market 5 mins down the road. Thanks so much for a great stay!
We enjoyed our stay and found it very cozy in the tiny home! We loved the small town, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Check in and out was easy with clear instructions. Perfect distance away from the modern home which has a shared driveway, plenty of privacy between the two properties but close enough together to make you feel “safe” in the woods! Great experience and we will be renting from wildwood collective again in the future!

Gorgeous vibes in the cottage. So chic. It felt much more spacious than expected due to the smart layout and large windows and doors facing the lake. The whole place is perfect and well decorated. We will definitely stay again. Our kids fished all day and we could see them and it was relaxing and peaceful.
We had a great time at this house! It has beautiful furnishings that matched the pictures, and great amenities like Bluetooth speakers, a hot tub and grill, and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s like a practical piece of art! The instructions in the manual were very clear, check in was straightforward, and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Close to the town of Windham for shopping and restaurants, as well as the ski mountain. We would definitely recommend this house, and would come back again.
Went to Red Cottage for a weekend getaway with friends- 6 adults and a dog. Enjoyed the property with the hot tub and fire pit in the secluded backyard. Plenty of bathrooms for a large group, and kitchen came with plenty of pots and pans for cooking and bbq’ing. Not too far of a drive from any local things to do. Would definitely recommend 🙂
Exactly as described — a thoroughly charming old farmhouse that’s been beautifully updated. We couldn’t have been happier with the location, the furnishings, the speedy responsiveness of the hosts and the lovely setting. The kitchen especially was a total dream, stocked with every appliance on my wish list and then some, and I loved being so close to two great farms (ie farm markets) and to Stissing House!
We truly enjoyed our stay! The house is exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. It is easy walking distance to all of the great restaurants/shops/spots in downtown Great Barrington, and was perfectly set up to accommodate our group. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area!

This place was exactly what my friends and I needed! Tucked away in the Catskill mountains but not too far from a town with everything you need. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfy, every room in the house was cozy, and we really felt right at home as soon as we stepped in the door. The Sonos sound system throughout the house was impeccable and my friends and I really enjoyed it. The hot tub was hot and ready to go. All the instructions were clear and we were left with a digital (and hardcopy) guidebook with all the local restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. There were 5 of us in total who stayed at the house. We cooked meals together and drank wine by the wood burning stove. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped for our needs. We tend to go “all out” with our family-style meals when we book getaways like this and the kitchen was a big hit. I would recommend this place to anyone! It was just lovely. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great time at the Red Cottage. It was cozy, private, sunny, and peaceful. Instructions on how to get there were incredibly clear and it was easy to get inside. There’s a decent separation between the upstairs and downstairs areas, plus a sitting area upstairs, so it’s perfect for people with different sleeping patterns. Also, everything was incredibly clean, including the hot tub! The kitchen had all the things we could need (including sharp knives… not always a given!) Jeffersonville was so close for food and necessities, and we had a truly lovely dinner at the North Branch Inn just down the road. One of the best maintained and best run places I’ve stayed.
We had a great stay here as 2 families each with 2 parents and 2 small kids. Plenty of space for the 8 of us, loved having the high chair and pack n play available. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped and the wooden hot tub was a highlight of our stay. We’ll be looking at their other properties for future trips. Only improvements would be to have a second pack n play or some toys for little kids but totally not necessary.

The property was definitely the most unique AirBNB we’ve stayed in! Inside, we felt like at home, and the interior is very well designed, smells and feels clean. The host is also very flexible and accommodated us very nicely! If you’re looking to visit Acadia National Park, I’d highly recommend staying here. It’s about 1 hour away from the park, with options for gas, supermarkets, and other stuff around. Thanks again for hosting us!
We loved our stay with the Wildwood Collective. The property was beautiful and provided a perfect cozy getaway. Instructions/welcome manual were detailed and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils so that we could easily cook dinner and enjoy more time at the property. Appreciated that there was plenty of firewood available to enjoy the wood stove. We spent some time in Manchester while visiting, which had a cute downtown. The walking trails there were nice and the Northshire Bookstore was very cool! Would recommend a visit there. And would love to stay at another Wildwood Collective property in the future.

David’s place was the perfect girls getaway. Has a beautiful space for a yoga / Pilates retreat. True chefs kitchen which was amazing, had everything we needed to prepare meals . David was available for anything that came up~ and we found some great hikes close to the house.

The stay was as described! It was a cute place to spend a few nights away from the city. The spa was easy to use. There were a few easy hiking trails nearby and a few restaurants too. Would recommend for a couple or two, noting that there is one bedroom in the basement and one in the loft (and neither are closed by door) which worked well for us and our 1-year old.
