We had such a lovely little star at the Bellayre Barn and would absolutely love to come back again! The house is so beautiful and unique, and it came with everything we could need! Really appreciate the convenient location close to Margaretville and Bellayre Mountain. We would recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect stay in the Catskills.

We loved the house and the setting. We had a difficult time getting the key out of the lockbox- there was a glitch that prevented the box from opening- but it was remedied with help from Mary. After that and once inside, everything was great. Super clean- well designed and spacious! Would go back in a second! The perfect place to unwind and close to many walking trails and good restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

This is our second year staying here. It was just as good as we remembered. We did set off the fire alarm with a hair dryer, and the hosts both texted and called to make sure everything was okay. We will be back again next year or pending availability for a ski weekend.

Spectacular experience. Looks even better than the photos. Cozy and feels like you’re in the middle of nature but a super short drive from towns & activities. The kitchen is the most well equipped of any Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We would love to return to this respite as soon as possible. 10/10! 💫

We had such a wonderful girls’ weekend here! The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained — perfect for our family getaway. The location was ideal — peaceful and tucked away on a private road, yet still close enough to everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day out exploring. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could think of, which made cooking together so easy and fun. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped stay upstate!

Really fantastic space and perfect for our long weekend upstate. Beautifully appointed. Very stocked kitchen which was perfect for cooking. Plenty of games and amenities. Everything was very clean. Everything also had clear instructions and labels so there was no trouble in figuring out how to operate any technology or amenities like the hot tub or stove. Would absolutely return again!

Beautiful cottage, very clean and nice rooms with breathtaking views of the woods. In autumn it was peaceful and serene. The trees were orange and red and yellow. Host was very communicative and we didnt see them, or hardly anyone, during our stay. It’s a good 15 minutes from the town so definitely prepare to be isolated and self contained for your stay, perfect if thats what you are looking for. Plenty of places for nice peaceful walks with my dog off leash, no worries.

Our stay was fantastic. We were looking for a quiet getaway for our anniversary and we got exactly what we hoped for. The house itself is beautiful, has great amenities and felt like a luxury stay. The views were gorgeous and the daily visit of cows grazing nearby really added to the ambience. We loved our stay here and would absolutely come back, highly recommend anyone looking for a cozy out of the way vacation to stay here

We had a wonderful. The house was beautiful and well kept and the playroom kept the 4 kids in our group occupied all weekend. It was a great stress free place to stay , with everything you could need available. Red Door was also incredibly responsive to questions. We definitely want to come again next year!

Place was exactly as described in the listing. House was clean and neat upon arrival and stocked with all stated items. Location is located right on the water which makes for a great spot to have coffee on the deck. Would stay again.

Our stay was wonderful. The location just can’t be beat — such a short drive from both Livingston Manor and Roscoe, but also incredibly secluded and peaceful. We enjoyed both the wood-burning stove and the fire pit on cold nights, as well as the gorgeous wrap-around porch on sunny afternoons.

Our group had a lovely stay at this house. The kitchen was well equipped, the spaces and hot tub were clean, and the beds comfortable. The house is a close drive to the town for supplies like groceries, as well as nearby hikes and other outdoor activities. Hosts were responsive and accommodating! We’d come again.
Not a pro or con, but an fyi for future renters, is that the home is in a neighborhood with neighbors close by on one side of the home and across the street.

My family and I spent one of the most wonderful and magical weekends at the Red Cottage. The communication with the host was fast and clear, and everything looked just like the photos — or even better! The playground and hot tub were the highlights.
The fall scenery was absolutely beautiful. We can’t wait to come back and take another peaceful break from the city. We all left feeling completely recharged. Thank you!

Wonderful place for a getaway from the city. The house is really beautiful and spacious, everything inside is clean and nicely decorated. The bedroom is very comfortable. There was plenty of firewood, which was great. The only thing I wish they had was a curtain, I felt like someone could be watching me at night. Other than that, I loved the house so much!

We stayed here for a holiday weekend and had a really nice time. The home is small and cozy, was very clean upon our arrival and has close access to hiking and other outdoor activities. We were also able to explore shops and restaurants in Great Barrington, only a short drive away. The backyard is very pretty with a fire pit, and a nice porch area in the front too. The main bedroom is very cozy with a faux wood stove and the bathroom is wonderful with an amazing tub to soak in. Overall, very relaxing and quiet place to stay.

We had a great weekend escape at the Sugar Mountain house. The home was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. We especially loved spending time by the fire pit, relaxing by the indoor fireplace, and hanging out on the screened-in porch. Everything was spotless and well thought out. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

This home was even more beautiful in person! We had such a lovely stay, it was 3 couples, 2 kids and 2 dogs and the home was so spacious! We spent so much time in the kitchen, cooking and enjoying the beautiful view. The house was so nicely decorated and comfortable! We really want to come back in the summer to spend more time outside, bbq-ing and what not. Definitely recommend.

This was by far the nicest Airbnb that I have ever stayed in.
It far exceeded any expectations that I had – I was worried, based on the price, but the quality of the space, and everything about it, was immaculate and gorgeous. This house has everything – not a single detail was missed. The quality of on-hand cooking ingredients, utensils, blankets, bedding, tilework in the bathrooms, the brick oven – beyond impressed. I’d love to return for a future retreat.

This location was one of the top 3 I’ve stay at near Cornwall. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Linens and towels and pillows were very clean ( no stray hairs). Warm showers and working amenities throughout.
The views were beautiful, the decks and outdoor area usable and well keep. Wide driveway, covered entry, after a few rock-terraces steps. Two large TV areas with nice couches.
We liked the extra rooms and convenience of the 1/2 bath off the kitchen. We didn’t use the appliances it they were available and modern.
Gotta like stairs or stay in the master. No stairs to the master room.

Our stay at Red Cottage was so peaceful and we felt instantly at home there. The landscaping was phenomenal with different species of trees and flowers in bloom and a perfectly situated hot tub perched in the middle of it all. We loved the indoor outdoor feel with big windows and a screened porch. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely stay there again. A memorable time.

This was such a lovely and cozy getaway! The space is charming, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the hot tub is fantastic! My friends and I had a beautiful time taking in the scenery and cooking meals together. A note for highly sensitive people, as it is pet friendly you might experience some allergies, but the space is clean.

Moon Meadow Farmhouse is an absolutely stunning home, and easily accommodated our family of six. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and everyone enjoyed the air hockey and reading nook. Enjoyed our nightly walks to Saco River. Moon Meadow Farmhouse is definitely a 5+ and extremely clean too. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Airbnb in Cavendish. The house was absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The design was conducive to family, gatherings and socialization. My kids loved the multiple board games and played with almost everyone. Literally. We would love to come back and stay again.

The A-Frame house was a lovely weekend getaway for our family. We have always enjoyed visiting the Catskills, and it was a quick drive to Kaaterskill Falls, Woodstock and Hudson. We have small children and so the polished cement floors, while stylish, were not the most kid-friendly. So that is something to keep in mind (along with no bathtub) when booking here. But overall, the location was great, and Red Cottage management service was very responsive regarding some of our questions about using the appliances, turning on the heat, etc. I would certainly recommend this home to other guests.

What a wonderful stay. A beautiful home with quiet surroundings. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen to cook our own meals. The tub was also lovely after a long stay of hiking.

We loved the house, views, and close proximity to narrowsburg! Everything was very clean. Only suggestion would be maybe add in a carpet or two in the kitchen/living room area, especially with winter approaching.

I had a lovely stay at Pucky Pines. The accommodations were very clean, and we spent a lot of time at the dining table and in the living room. The hot tub is nice and large, and firewood was provided for the stay. The room with 4 beds in it is located down in the basement.

The Stone House was a beautiful retreat for a work weekend up in Maine. We did not get to explore too much around the area but the state park nearby was beautiful. We loved the attention to detail with the quality of linens, the delicious coffee, high end appliances and minimal but warm and noteworthy decor. Very peaceful and enjoyable to be there!

Perfect set up for our multi-family trip! Everyone was able to have their own privacy and still enjoy communal areas together. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen which made eating in super easy. Also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the evenings. The property is gorgeous and close to town. Our cabin was immaculate and so cozy. We were a short drive to Portsmouth, York, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport. There were so many places to hike and walk our dogs! We would love to go back again!
