We absolutely loved our stay in this home! Uniquely historic but thoughtfully updated and beautifully decorated, this house is a gem — the pictures really don’t capture how lovely this home is! It is also well stocked for a weekend away and very comfortable (my 6 year old said his bed was the “best bed I’ve ever slept in”, for whatever that’s worth). The backyard is fantastic — we really enjoyed the screened in porch with water views, the outdoor lighting, BBQ, and the fire pit. It was a very relaxing spot, with only the bullfrogs making noise at night. This house is a great home base from which to explore the area — we walked with our two young kids to Main St in Narrowsburg, also enjoyed hiking and other day trips to nearby towns. (I’ll also note that the house worked well for our kids — we appreciated the pack n play and kid-friendly plates/cups, and our kids loved the bonus room space). Overall this was an ideal AirBnb for a weekend trip and we absolutely hope to stay here again.
This is a beautiful house. We loved the space, light, decor, linens, everything feels very curated. The kitchen is fully equipped, the host is super responsive. The pool is amazing as is the garden. We loved this place! Ideally we would have had one extra bathroom but managed just fine! Would recommend in a heartbeat.
Loved our stay so much! The house was lovely, the pool was great, and the land felt secluded but still not too far from Hudson and the surrounding neighborhoods.
Only slight downside was having to clean the pool and filter which did not look like it’d been maintained for quite some time. Other than that, no complaints! Would highly recommend.

Loved my stay at Tanner Farmhouse with my family of 5. Everything was well-kept and prepared for our arrival for a long weekend. The house is so cozy and we felt right at home!
The main street of Pine Plains is a couple of minutes away. It’s serene with great neighboring trails nearby, and a lovely small town restaurant Stissing House. Also, Red Cottage recommended the Lake Taghkanic Park which was perfect for the elderly in my family.

We had a great time in this secluded upstate gem! Exactly as pictured and equipped with everything you need for a great weekend away. Easy drive to restaurants and hikes. Would definitely stay again. Surrounding area doesn’t get cell service so be sure to screen shot lockbox code and Wifi password ahead of time.
Lots of room! 4 large bedrooms and three full baths easily accommodated our 7 people. Privacy, but great indoor and outdoor communal areas for gathering. High end appliances for this guest who loves to cook and who had planned family meals. WiFi worked great and kept us well connected. Extra towels and linens…which we needed.
This place is beautiful and extremely well appointed. It’s calming and relaxing from the moment you arrive. This was by far the best stocked kitchen we have experienced in an AirBbn. Everything we needed was there and in like-new condition. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Beautiful views from the house, and a fun walk to the river beach, which was so peaceful! We were the only people there!
We had four adults and four kids, and PLENTY of space in the house. Everything we needed was available. We had no need to reach out to the hosts until we checked out and realized we left something very special behind by accident. They were quick to respond and resolved the issue for us so graciously. We are so appreciative of the beautiful space they’ve created, and felt comfortable and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our time at this fantastic home. Looking forward to returning, or enjoying another Wildwood Collective property!

The Post Haus was as advertised. It was clean and appeared to be maintained. The location is private and quiet – which was what we had wanted for our trip. We rented at the end of May and the brook was more rock than water. Just something to note if you are expecting different conditions. Our kiddo loved climbing the rocks so it was a win from his point of view. My husband had hoped to be able to fish and sadly he was out of luck. Overall, we had a positive experience and hope to check out another property with Wildwood Collective.
We had the best time at this stunning property. The design and decor were outstanding. Every kitchen item you could have for hosting a group of friends for cozy nights in. The grounds are so well manicured and pretty. Such a relaxing and fun weekend!! Couldn’t say better things about this place and the hosts!
We had a lovely stay at Coal Cottage. The house is meticulously appointed, beautifully landscaped, and on a very quiet road that was great for dog walks. It feels like a lived in home with many beautiful books to look at, and comfortable places to eat and relax indoors and out. We didn’t have any direct interractions with Red Cottage as we didn’t run into any problems. We were nicely accommodated for our stay.
Red Cottage was a beautiful and modern retreat in the beautiful Catskills. We appreciated the interior design and architecture of the home. The condensation from the AC unit upstairs left a large amount of water on the floor, so we couldn’t use it. They offered to have someone come look at it the same day, but as we were leaving the next morning, we felt it better handled when we were gone. Fortunately the ceiling fan was very cooling and I think the A frame design of the home with concrete floors helped to keep the place fairly cool throughout. Also, please be extremely cautious when pulling out of the driveway as cars fly by and it is impossible to see them until you pull your car out into the road. I think a mirror could remedy that situation. With those minor adjustments, Red Cottage is a gem!
Atiya’s home is simply and spectacularly beautiful in every sense from the floor-to-ceiling windows adorning every room, overlooking the green mountains to the smallest details–every square inch of the home has been thoughtfully and intentionally considered. The most perfect, serene, and calming escape from the city. Thank you for the great trip!
The home and setting are breathtaking. I can’t imagine a better view anywhere in the Catskills. We had a hectic few weeks prior to our visit and this house was perfect. Restaurants we visited: Blue Fox, The Laundrette and Cochecton Fire Station, highly recommend all of them. We hope to return in the fall.
Our most memorable airbnb yet. Modern Scandinavian architecture fits perfectly with the landscape, together providing both peace and comfort to get away from it all. The Brownsville Butcher 5 min away has all the provisions you need to cook at home – since you won’t want to leave. Ascutney 10 mins for hikes and mtn biking, water holes and lakes 30 min. Pictures don’t do it justice. Atiya and the management co. respond quickly and are very helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
The Sunflower Farmhouse was the perfect place for my group of 10 to spend the weekend. It was a very spacious house with a kitchen that was comfortable for cooking group dinner and with plenty of sitting/lounging space. The backyard was absolutely gorgeous and made it feel like we were at a private hideaway. We were also conveniently close to several other small Upstate towns. The hosts were always responsive, even when we had an issue with the door lock, and I’d recommend this house to any group wanted to enjoy the Athens and Hudson areas.
Our stay in the cabin was so cozy and lovely. While my plans for the weekend was to visit Portsmouth, Portland and other surrounding towns, I found myself wanting to stay inside the cozy cabin many of the days. The bed is comfy so had wonderful sleep each night.
As others mentioned, this is not a secluded cabin so I had no expectation of that. It’s just like a typical neighborhood with other houses around. Neighbors are friendly and can often be seen in the neighborhood going for a stroll or walking their dogs.
I didn’t have much communication with the hosts simply because they clearly outlined all the instructions which they shared well in advanced so it provided a seamless check in and out. When I did reach out about a question, they were very prompt in their response.
No complaints about this place and I highly recommend it!
