I was looking for a quiet place good to spend quality time in and this was exactly what I was looking for. Cozy, comfortable, small enough that you feel close with someone but big enough that you don’t feel cramped. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming, the space was beautiful and overall just an amazing stay!
We love staying here! The house is so comfortable: from the easy to use fireplace to the luxurious soaking tub. Even the beds and linens are so comfortable. The setting is serene with beautiful views overlooking a quaint pond. You can walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants in 5 minutes. We loved the fenced in backyard for the dog. Will stay again!
My husband and I loved our two-night getaway at Andrew’s beautiful place this Check-in was a breeze and Andrew was so communicative and helpful, which was so important, as there had been a big snowstorm a day prior to our arrival. The snow just made the surroundings even more beautiful!

In the end, we had no problems, and the incredible scenery from this cozy place made everything worth it!

The house was beautiful and the owners were very responsive when we needed help on the first day with getting in. We loved the view of the mountain. There aren’t many basics for cooking, so you’ll need to bring olive oil, coffee etc. but overall it is a beautiful property with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds, a fantastic hot tub and easy access. Would definitely go back!
My teenager was over the moon about staying in this tiny house! She slept in the loft and enjoyed watching a movie in the living room loft.
My only suggestion is to bring grippy socks or indoor-only shoes to go up and down the ladders. Due to the sand in the area, there’s no wearing shoes in the house.
We enjoyed the land especially sitting out at night and seeing the sky full of stars. The extra touches made this a really great find!

We were lucky to find this place for four generations of my family to view the total solar eclipse. It turned out to be the perfect location, with a large deck in the right place and no trees blocking the view. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-appointed. We did all of our own cooking and had pretty much everything we needed. The house easily accommodates 8 people (although, as one reviewer noted previously, one of the downstairs bedrooms is accessible only by walking through the other). We didn’t use the washer and dryer, but that’s often a great thing to have available. We had been warned that the access road was muddy, but it wasn’t the least bit of a problem in a normal car. It’s a peaceful and private location, and we can imagine it would be great for skiers.
Our stay at this Airbnb was an absolute blast! I think 🤔 I can say, this was our favorite Airbnb of all times. From snowy adventures to sunny escapades, we soaked in every moment. The spacious living room and kitchen were perfect for family gatherings, and the sauna was pure bliss. Games galore kept us entertained, while the lake with boats added an extra thrill. Clean, comfy rooms sealed the deal – a vacation dream come true!
About a year ago, my family decided we wanted to plan a trip for the total eclipse in April 2024, and since my dad lives in NH, we decided to try out Stowe VT. We found this place matched everything we needed – space for everyone, a large living and kitchen space for hanging out and cooking together, bedrooms for everyone so we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other, being located close to the village of Stowe with lots of options of things to do, and the bonus was a large deck with a hot tub, and the deck was situated perfectly to align with the eclipse. And to top it off even more, the weather cooperated so we got to experience totality. We could not have asked for a better location or house to all stay in together. We had a wonderful time!
In addition, the communication from the host was amazing – an online guide was provided with everything we needed to know about the place, and any questions were responded to immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a lovely cabin right by the Mad River. The decor is retro and charming. We loved the record collection. We especially loved the view to the river and waterfall across the river (which is only visible through the branches with no leaves.) This location was very convenient to Sugar Bush and the family had a great day of late spring skiing.
We had such a great long weekend here!! Even though it rained most of the weekend, we were able to take advantage of the hot tub as well as the spa tub in the primary bedroom, and we watched lots of movies on the TV in the living room. The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, and had literally anything we could have possibly needed for appliances, pots/pans/etc. Nice and close to downtown Stowe which had some very nice shops as well as places to eat.
I stayed at Red Cottage with a group of coworkers in April 2024 and we had an amazing time! The house is so trendy and well thought out. We found the space to be very functional for a group getaway. The amenities like hot tub, fireplace, and sound system were stellar, and the disco ball was a fun addition! Highly recommend this property for a stylish & luxurious retreat!

We had a great time at the tiny house – exactly what I was looking for, with peaceful surroundings and a quiet, relaxing time. We spent one day in Manchester, about 30 minutes away – lots of restaurants and shopping and Hildene, the home of Robert Lincoln (Abraham’s son). Definitely worth checking out – lots of hiking trails, some history and a goat farm that produces goat cheese and soap. We also found lots of healthy dining options in the area as well. Overall, a great trip!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I am a woodworker and love architecture and unique modern design. This house has the most spacious airy modern vibe with plenty of room for a large group or family. My kids loved the bunk bed room and air hockey! The beds are so comfortable and hot tub was a huge hit! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing house for those that want to get away and need peace and quiet. WiFi was great, kids were able to play on their devices while I had conference video calls. We grabbed groceries in another town on our way to the home and had no need to go back out since the home had all the staples. I’m looking forward to staying at their other properties.
We took a family long weekend getaway and could not have been more impressed with this home! It was everything detailed and in the description and more, cherry on top was that they were also pet friendly. It was SO close to everything. I highly recommend booking here and we already cannot wait to book our next vacation here again!
Phenomenal. Not an Airbnb per se. More like a spread from Dwell magazine come to life, “Curated Comfort in the Catskills” or some such. Or your design minded friend letting you borrow their mountain home for the weekend, except none of my friends sport both a Womb chair and a Uchiwa chair. The view from the west window looks like a Bob Ross painting. The selection in the wine fridge was excellent. What other Airbnb puts Le Labo in each bath??. Toni Morrison and Audrey Lorde books carefully laying around. Laundry room to die for. Kids paradise with cute room and great pool. Anyway. Excuse me as I go book again.
The property is ideal for a private getaway from the city. A lot of thought has been put into amenities to make your stay relaxing and fun. The location of the house is even more beautiful than it appears in the listing images. The small lake is much larger than we anticipated and great for canoeing and kayaking. The pool techs did come for over an hour twice during our day stay to open up the pool for future guests. I asked if the work could be done while we were away for the day or after our stay. They weren’t able to accommodate my request, which I was disappointed by since I was enjoying the privacy. Overall a great stay and we would happily book again.
Beautiful and inspiring space, right on the river! This was a perfect house for a friends’ retreat weekend. The finishings are all great quality and the pillows and bedding are really nice (which is often not true in an Airbnb!). We loved every minute of our time here together and would highly recommend!
Our family of 7 had an incredible time at this Airbnb! The house is spacious, cozy, and has everything you could possibly need. Minerva was incredibly responsive when we had a small issue with the heating system, ensuring it was quickly fixed.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean and neat, with great amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful, communicative and responsive, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and easy. The highlight for me was the feeling of being home, very cozy atmosphere, a beautiful backyard, where I could relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Thank you to the hosts for a great experience!
We had a wonderful two night stay at the library retreat, just wish we could have stayed longer! It was a unique set up with the three houses and that worked well for our family gathering. The children’s room had an abundance of toys and books and was a big hit for the grandchildren
