It is worth noting that if there is snow on the ground, make sure you have a car that can navigate a little ice on the driveway (we had a bunch of snow our weekend and sub freezing temperatures). Karli made sure the driveway was shoveled before we got there which was greatly appreciated!

If you’re looking for that rustic Vermont charm, the knole house will meet those needs. No frills with ample of wood and antiques. It was easy to find, right off the road, in an area with little to no mobile signal. The house was stocked with spices and a kitchen full of modern appliances for some much needed cooking as there aren’t many restaurants in the area. We had to bring our own firewood but all paper and hygiene products were provided. It was very quiet and relaxing while the security system provided peace of mind. It was thoughtful of the host to provide space heaters that help kept us toasty on cold nights.
Loved our stay at the Red Cottage! A beautiful home, spacious, immaculate—and so many spaces to relax and lounge in. It’s in the perfect location, totally walkable to town – maybe a 5-min walk to the center of Main Street. We eat out a lot so can’t speak to the kitchen wares but it seemed pretty well equipped. We would definitely rent this house again next time we’re in Narrowsburg. One of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in!
Well appointed home with special decor (70’s theme with modern conveniences) located near Killington (12 min drive). Hosts responded quickly and were easy to communicate with. Kitchen had everything needed to make family meals. Layout was spacious and offered many places to hangout. Highly recommend.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Mountain Modern House. The house looks majestic when lit up at night, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provide amazing light during the day. The house was well stocked, and there is a book on the TV credenza that answers any questions one might have. The fireplace adds extra coziness, and we loved playing the many games they have in the credenza. As for the location, it is a 15-minute drive to Stratton Mountain. Lauren and Chris were kind enough to let us extend our checkout time when our group was running late on the last morning. Our whole group is thinking about coming back in the fall for another cozy weekend away!
The Nordic Cabin in Chatham NY is our goto spot with our family for a winter break outside of NYC. This was our second time there and our stay was as good, if not better than the first. We love how minimal yet cozy the house is with its modern Scandinavian design. The proximity from the cute town is great as well as the accessibility to surrounding towns and Ski mountains is just perfect. Dealing with Posto Property Management has been so seamless and easy which makes a big difference when going through the process. We will definitely be back, now that this has become our winter vacay-getaway spot!
Great little in-law type unit with an insane view of Stowe and the mountain. Perfect for a ski trip to Stowe, only 10-15 minute drive to the mountain and super close to downtown.

The kitchenette is tiny and kinda awkward, I wouldn’t plan on cooking full meals in it. But for making coffee, getting breakfast to go ready, or packing a lunch before you head out, its got all you need.

Casa Magda was incredible! Such a beautiful, well-curated space that is perfect for group trips. We had plans to explore and ended up just hanging around the house and enjoying the different amenities. The kitchen is well-stocked, the lighting is beautiful, and the hot tub is to die for! Tiffany was also an extremely helpful host with tons of great recommendations in the area. Go check out the country store nearby for the friendly goats 🙂 Casa Magda was a 10/10 and I’d happily visit again!
I never left an Airbnb and said: “I would come back here.” But this place is magical. I came here during the middle of the winter and we had a blast. Can’t wait to come back here in the summer. I had coffee in the morning in front of private pond and never felt so much serenity. There is even a private hiking trail in the back of the house. You can tell that the owners have thought about every single detail and put so much care into creating a unique experience. What a hidden gem.
My family had a great stay at Zenbrook! It was the perfect place for us to relax between trips to the mountain, and restaurants downtown. Everything was just as the pictures suggest. The couches and beds were all very comfortable, and the heated floors amazing. The pool table / table tennis setup was also great and provided additional entertainment for our teenage kids. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
