This home was a delightful haven, with several amenities that ensured my family and I had an unforgettable Thanksgiving!
The kitchen was a particular highlight, catering to anyone who loves to cook.
The sleeping arrangements were remarkable! We unanimously agreed that each bed was incredibly comfortable, we all felt like we were “sleeping on a fluffy cloud!”
During our stay, a pool company cleaned and checked the jacuzzi (the property has this done weekly)which was reassuring.
The location was central to a lot! There was a plethora of shopping options and excellent restaurants surrounded by stunning scenery! A short drive away, we found a gym, and my 16-year-old son enjoyed a day pass for only $15. The basement was perfect for my 8 yr old and 11 yr old niece having a blast.
Books and games for all ages. A beautiful field behind the house led to a private beach.
There is so much more to this location, but you will have to see it for yourself !

Beautiful property and location. While the house is close to the road, it’s a significantly less-traveled road, so nothing to spoil the bucolic setting (and the pups *loved* the brook)
Sauna / spa bath area on main floor are lovely and a perfectly therapeutic way to wind down. The jetted tub in the upstairs bath is also a nice touch.
NB: the lofted upstairs bedroom can get rather warm by the end of a day with a fire going – but opening the windows from some cross- ventilation on the upper floor cools things down quickly.

Modern rustic paradise nestled between evergreen mountains and large winding stream on several cozy acres! Beautiful property w a well thought out concept that features state of the art appliances, sauna, deck, and even a record player w some old albums that my kids loved to dance to while we hung out in the living room! All while being just around the corner from Stratton Mountain! Would def stay again!
I booked the 2 cabins at this property for a group for a thanksgiving stay. The team at Red Cottage were so helpful and diligent, taking care to check-in during our stay and replying over what I imagine was a very busy thanksgiving time.
The cabins themselves are just as pictured. It’s very cosy in the main house especially once the fires on. The 2nd cabin takes time to warm up and needs consistent fires to keep it warm. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of chairs around the property you can bring in to accommodate a full house.
Overall we really enjoyed the stay, it was a perfect place for a group of friends!
Spent a week at this charming location. Home was perfect to host Thanksgivingdinner. Oven and stove were excellent, but suggest that you bring your own gadgets/etc to make it complete. Located at the end of a private driveway. Make sure to look out for the local porcupine and deer. Woodstove and record player were will appreciated. Bonus points for the copy of Paul’s Boutique.
this was our second time staying at the beautiful Casa Magda & it was equally wonderful as the last time! tiffany has put so much care into each element of the house, which makes it a dream to stay in. her communication before + during the stay is always excellent, which made us feel equipped for our stay (recommendations for food, wine, hiking, etc + instructions on everything you could have a question about!)
other than that, it’s just a gorgeous home. simply reading a book here is vacation enough for me.

This house checks every box got a dream getaway to beautiful Woodstock. You couldn’t be in a more private location with no neighbors and scenic views, but still 10 minutes to great restaurants, bars and shops. We were a bit disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work but we made do with lots of wood outside for a natural fire. It was the perfect location to host 4 couples and we would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend watching the architectural digest video too.

This place is perfect for a private and quiet weekend getaway. My friends and I enjoyed the beautiful views of the Catskills, the fresh brisk cold air and sitting by the fire (indoor/outdoor). The house came equipped with all of our needs.
The primary bedroom was large and even had a super nice jetted tub. Keep in mind it’s a SUPER BIG tub so it will take time to fill up BUT it’s worth it!!

Peekamoose Restaurant $$$- Delicious food, wonderful service and cozy atmosphere!
Tito’s Bandito $$ – Great for drinks and apps… try the Hibiscus Margarita!
The Print House $$ – We did not get to go here due to other plans but was told by the town and our host this was a great place. They have live music, apps and drinks! Try it out!

Beautiful farm house in a secluded setting. We were a group of 5 women and it was so nice to each have our own bedroom plus 3 bathrooms. Very spacious, nicely updated and so peaceful. Crisp air and could see so many stars at night.
Very close to the small towns of Callicoon and Jeffersonville. Cute shops and restaurants.

Truly an amazing Airbnb when you want to relax and take some time in nature and def not rough it. I spent a couple great days skiing in the morning then relaxing back at the house and cooking yummy meals in the very user friendly kitchen with all the things needed. Not like some airbnbs I’ve been at. A true chefs kitchen. Would def try to book again soon
It was the most perfect weekend getaway from the city. The tiny home was clean, cozy and our hosts provided us with detailed instructions for our stay and great recommendations for the area. It was in the best location (just 15-20 min from Stratton)! There were also a lot of outdoor spots that were great for a nice hike/run/workout. I have been telling our family and friends all about it! HIGHLY recommend- we will be back!
Jen’s house is magical! It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a weekend (or longer) trip to Stowe, from the linens to the kitchen equipment. The house itself is beautifully furnished, making for a cozy and warm retreat in the mountains- and the convenience of being so close to the mountain and town was a major highlight. We will definitely be coming back to stay!
stayed here with a group of 10 friends and it was the perfect spot to spend a Fall weekend with friends! we especially loved the design and style of every room – they didn’t miss a single detail! an added bonus: the deck in the back yard is the perfect spot for an engagement 🙂 the pathway is all lit up with lights so it was very romantic and the pics came out great. definitely recommend staying here! hoping to come back in the summer!
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the peaceful atmosphere and serene surroundings. The home was tucked away from business, providing the perfect place from an escape of your everyday life. The interior was extremely cozy! I will 100% rent with them again! This place was everything I wanted for a chill birthday with friends.
