My family and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Wildwood Collective. We were greeted by a basket of snacks and a guide book to the home and area. The decor and cleanliness are unmatched in the best way. There’s plenty of space to be together as a group, but also lots of privacy thanks to the ample number of bedrooms (extremely comfortable beds/ linens with white noise machines too!). The kitchen is well equipped with pots/ pans/ appliances, but I do wish there was more in the way of pantry staples. There was not much more than a canister of iodized salt, pepper packets and a nearly empty bottle of canola oil. Still though, 5 stars all around and would absolutely stay again.
Beautiful place to stay at with a great location close to the mountain. Emil was so responsive when needed and helpful with questions. The house was spacious, clean, and organized with tons of games and recommendations around town. Kid friendly as well!
Breathtaking from the second we walked in. Gorgeous views from the main gathering place. Cozy brick fireplace that we used every night. Bed linens were clean and crisp and the master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The entire place was clean, beautiful and fully stocked when we arrived. Bathrooms had toilet paper, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, spices, coffee machine, paper towels, foil etc. The river just down the hill from the cabin is so peaceful and serene. The leaves were falling and the surrounding area is stunning. Tv room has a comfy couch, blankets, yoga mats. The owners did not forget anything for their guests. Flashlights, lanterns, wood and matches, detergent, towels and linens. Everything you need is already there. The custom wood furniture is gorgeous and comfy. Take advantage of the vintage record player, record collection and Bose speaker, you will not be disappointed! This place is truly MAGICAL!!
This is an excellent chalet. This might be a tiny detail but I like the fact that shoes are not to be taken into the main areas of the chalet. As a result, the carpet is clean and looks brand new. Massive spacious living room with board games to keep children happy. The rooms have lovely furniture and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. This was my my first night in Vermont! Glad to have picked this chalet to start my fall vacation around the State of Vermont.
We had a wonderful stay at the Red Cottage! My husband, parents, and I spend a beautiful fall weekend in the Hudson valley. Our stay at the Red Cottage was exactly what we needed. A central location, clean space, and amenities to meet all of our needs. We enjoyed listening to records while playing cards each night. We also loved enjoying our morning coffee in the spacious kitchen. We highly recommend the red cottage!
We loved our stay at the tiny home! Was beautiful with all the fall foliage and not to mention the river, which made for a very peaceful visit. Highly recommend the workhorse cafe only 15 minutes away and the food there is amazing! Although our stay was short we enjoyed our little break at wildwood collectives tiny home!
We stayed with a group of 8 and had a great time. Everyone loved the design of the home. It has easy access to walk to the river and is a great jumping off point for hiking in the White Mountains.
Some rooms get traffic noise as the house is near a main road, however sound machines were thoughtfully provided in the rooms.

We had an amazing stay at the Posthaus for our vacation this year. This cute little house was perfect for exactly what we needed. Upon arrival it was spotless and accommodating. The hosts did more than you could ask for from any other Airbnb! We enjoyed the backyard with direct access to the river, making s’mores and lighting fires every night. You can tell that the hosts are extremely welcoming by stocking the house full of little treats for their guests to enjoy. We would absolutely recommend this property over and over again and hope to come back one day!
We stayed at the tiny home for our first wedding anniversary. The tiny home was perfect for a romantic weekend- the surroundings were so peaceful and private and the home had everything we needed. The fire pit was a great addition and we loved the town of Jamaica! The location is also perfect for seeing more of Vermont- half an hour to both Brattleboro and Manchester, with lots of great hikes very close by as well. Thank you Chris and Lauren- we will be back!
We had a wonderful long weekend with 3 generations. The house and grounds are amazing.
Lots of space. Kitchen very well equipped.
Remember to bring paper goods, detergent and Tupperware.
The fall colors and chilly weather added to the overall ambiance.
The hosts were available and very responsive.

I can honestly say that it was an honor to stay at the rock n house. If you do book this house, make sure to watch the video the architect made for the house for architectural digest because it’ll make you appreciate the house even more!!! The amount of detail and thought he put into making this house made us respect it that much more. It had everything we needed, it was cozy and beautiful, clean, organized, uncluttered, the view was gorgeous. We absolutely loved it and would love to stay there again in the future.
We all loved this place!! Beautiful spacious house! Yes, literally next to main road but quiet overnight. Easy to get to trailheads for our hikes. Short drive down road for supplies. Host super responsive to drop off some items that were missing. We took advantage of every amenity described on this listing and everything worked perfectly. Highly recommend for fun group gatherings. Hope to return!

We had so much fun there, the house is 10 minutes from Woodstock, and we had great food there, don’t miss medo(Japanese) and mud love bagels!!!

Just as the listing reported; very clean except for the garbage cans in the bathrooms and previous guests laundry was left in the dryer (We needed to dry our stuff we arrived with torrential rain!). Housekeeping missed it. Didn’t see the disclosure about the security cameras – no biggie – stay was awesome and I will rent this place again for sure!! Thank you for the stay!!! 🙂
Lisa and Lee are wonderful and responsive hosts! Home is clean and beautiful, grounds are amazing, hiking trail loop by front door Lee described was enjoyed by all. Fun place to stay, everyone had a fantastic time. Rhinebeck downtown shops and restaurants are not far. Lee & Lisa, thank you for sharing your home. We’ll definitely be back.
We have never stayed in a cabin before and we just wanted to try out. We stepped and we felt right at home. The place is a bit interior but we had no issues in finding them and getting inside the house. The view to the river is amazing. Amidst fall foliage and river sound it was super peaceful.
special mention to the tasteful interior design and a lot of books to read. And to my surprise I saw vinyl records all playable and enjoyed a great deal of music. Plan to spend more time in the cabin.

Booked this house for late October trip. The view was beautiful. 5 minutes away from a small town and grocery store. Flowing brook 50 feet off the property. Very peaceful relaxing location. House was very clean. Had no service but the Wi-Fi worked great. Smart tv allowed to watch Netflix. Being in the middle of almost no where was a concern to me with animals and being in the pitch black but the locks on the home and the raised foundation design allowed my worries to be rested. I really appreciate the host and everyone who helped build the property and cleaning the home cause the entire experience was perfect. If your thinking about booking this home, go for it. You will not regret it
I now have a home in Vermont! I appreciate the little things that add up to a luxury experience. From the fluffy and pristine duvets and luxury linens to the high-end kitchen amenities and Breville coffee equipment to the tasteful appointments throughout—inclusive of the Japanese toilets—the entire experience was a breathtaking moment of relaxing luxury.
The location is awesomely convenient to the grocery store and downtown. The master suite is beyond—so chic—the sauna—the shower! We loved the downstairs squeaky clean carpeting and convenient washer/dryer. Perfect for my 18 month of grandson, my daughter and me to have a space for ourselves. My son and his fiancée enjoyed the master suite.
The yard was bucolic and gorgeous! Deer visited us one morning for breakfast!
The radiant heated slate floors were a touch of luxury as well.

Perfect place for a 2 week stay! Location was fantastic; quiet but walkable to everything in downtown. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in back yard was private with a view of the river and was great for our black lab to run. We even enjoyed a fire in the fire pit one evening. The Internet service was very good and the 3 of us were able to work and have video conferences with no problem. Highly recommend!
