This is a lovely new home in a very convenient North Conway location. The main road is close by but the Hosts have taken measures to ensure privacy and dampen noise. Three couples and a toddler were very comfortable here and another adult or couple could have fit pretty easily. There is also extra space if you need an office to work. I would not hesitate to book again next time I’m in North Conway or hiking the Whites with a group.
We had a great weekend away here at one of Wildwood Collective properties. First off the host was great and accommodating to all of our needs. Quick responses and willing to help in any way they could. The place had a great open floor plan. They had a fire pit and a beautful wood buring stove inside. We unfortunately didn’t use either but in the fall or early winter these would be ideal. Location is nice not to far from Portsmouth,NH or Kittery,ME. There is a house directly behind the location but it was very quiet and never saw the neighbors. Would recommend the location to friends and family.
Our stay at the Red Cottage was very peaceful and quiet. The home is just as described and was very clean inside, with great outdoors space. It was great to have the second bunk house and the fire pit in the back was awesome! It was close to the casino and the rafting day we had on the Delaware river. Would stay again!
Highly recommend! We were a group of 12 women and there was ample space to spread out, plenty of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen. I was a little apprehensive about the size based on pictures, but they don’t do it justice. Great spot for a group. Centrally located to a lot of the sights the Catskills have to offer. The closest town for restaurants, etc. is Callicoon, and it is SO charming.
I’m not normally the person who books AirBnbs but wanted to plan a little end of summer getaway for my friends. Andrew was responsive and made the process super easy. The home was honestly gorgeous and I really loved hanging out in the kitchen with my friends. We were all sincerely impressed with the quality of the linens and amenities. The house was honestly so close to town, we got lucky with nice weather and decided to go to some nearby hiking trails in the morning. Would absolutely stay here again!
This is a very beautiful tiny home on a nice private property, attached to the same road as another home but spaced well apart with no traveling sound or visibility. There is a bigger stretch of lawn than pictured which our dogs loved. At night the star visibility is incredible. The fire pit is very nice. The floods closed a lot of hiking trails we had planned to do but we still were able to have an incredible stay with plenty of time outdoors. If you have warm enough weather you should absolutely visit Pikes Falls 8 minutes down the road. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Location is awesome – quick drive to the bustle of Woodstock but you feel nice and secluded in the house amongst the trees.
The grounds are gorgeous and the big screened-in porch with the bar right off the kitchen was a real highlight. Even when it rained a little, it was perfect. It was actually pretty cool to drink wine and play games while being surrounded by nature in the rain. And no bugs!

We had a delightful stay in the North Conway area. This house is absolutely beautiful and everyone has a bunch of private space. Each room had a night light and a sound machine which was great for our kids. The kitchen is well situated, the basement play space was a huge hit with my boys, and we enjoyed a rainy evening in the hot tub. We would come back in a heartbeat.
This was our second time staying at a Wildwood Collective rental in Jamaica, VT. We stumbled on the area and love it so much! This wildwood modern cabin has their consistent touch; fully stocked, thoughtful decorated and perfectly turn key. The hosts are wonderful and communicate so quickly. The house is across the street from a lovely river that’s easily accessible and fun to explore. The town of Jamaica is small, but charming with lots of restaurants, hiking, skiing close by. We can’t wait to come back again next summer!
Great visit. Our family of four—mom, dad, two boys 5 and 11—had a terrific stay at Navywood! The house was spotlessly clean and well-laid out. Especially nice are the two levels. You can have the kids downstairs with the door closed when you want a little peace. Casement windows with good-fitting screens everywhere so you can let the night air in and listen to the crickets. Lots of nice touches like extra towels and extra power strips/chargers tucked away in nightstands. Good reading lights in the bedrooms. We’d absolutely stay here again!
I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Livingston Manor, New York! The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. I especially loved the thoughtful addition of a record player, which added a wonderful nostalgic touch to the experience. The town itself is incredibly charming, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and delightful getaway.
My fiancé and I spent a week at The Wright House and it was the perfect quiet escape from NYC. The house and grounds were beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. We particularly loved the expansive back yard and private walking trails. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the oven/stove/grill were all very high-end. There is a supermarket and wine store ~10 minutes away that had everything we needed and was easy to get to. The beds and couches were comfortable and the linens and towels were all spotless. We had to work during our stay and had no issues with the internet. I’d highly recommend a stay at the Wright House!
House is very spacious and thoughtfully designed it was perfect for our multi family getaway, the screen porch is especially nice in the summer! We traveled with our two young kids and the place was well stocked with toys, books, safety gate and high chair. The property also provides private access to a lovely stream great for wading or taking cold plunge. Spent the days hiking and exploring nearby towns and our nights by the fire pit which was well stocked with wood. We had some minor issues with lights not working in the kitchen, hallway, and upstairs bathroom which we alerted the host. Overall it was a great stay, would come back again.
