Photos do not do this house justice. It’s beautifully designed, tasteful, fun, creative, and peaceful. My husband, dog and I had a restful vacation and honestly spent more time at the house than we did outside of it, because it was so nice! It was impeccably clean and well equipped. You can cook anything in the large kitchen, take a bath and rest by the fire. There’s 3 large bedrooms and two baths with lots of room to spread out. The backyard is fully fenced in, and huge! Which was great for our dog to run around in. The hosts were accommodating with our requests and promptly responded to every question. I don’t usually ever go back to places, but this is one place I’d happily rebook!

Your fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens, towels, and other supplies made visiting comfortable and stress free for our two families. The fireplace and hot tub did not disappoint! Really enjoyed staying here. Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Super clean place, well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds with clean bedding. I particularly liked the wood stove and decor. Fantastic place to spend quality time with my family. There’s some great day hikes/walks in the area and we enjoyed the brewery restaurant in downtown Chatham. Really nice bookstore too.
The property was great. There seemed to be a breaker that was tripped, but that was the single thing that wasn’t perfect. And, it didn’t really affect our stay. The home is beautifully redone, spotless, and well equipped. It is VERY close to downtown and makes visited Great Barrington a breeze. We would be delighted to stay there again.
This place was fantastic, please don’t hesitate to book! The place looks even better in person. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was spotless, the entertainment area downstairs was a hit for Our family trip. We’re definitely looking forward to our next stay! Thank you for our wonderfully stay!
Thank you for hosting us! My friends and I had an amazing time. We had a few questions during our stay and the owner was very responsive. The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and spacious. We do a girls trip to the Catskills every year and we look forward to booking this cabin for next years trip. I would like to also add that upon check out it had just finished snowing. We were unable to get our truck out as it was stuck in the snow. I made one phone call and within 30 minutes there was a plow at the property getting us out.Exceptional service! Look forward to next year!
The house is very nice, cozy, clean, comfortable, and complete. There is a beautiful view from it. It’s well heated and each space has its own thermostat. The rooms are cozy, spacious, clean, and beautiful. In addition, each one has its own bathroom, which makes it very comfortable.
Red Cottage was very responsive, although they didn’t answer my last question on Saturday.
We received a snow cleaning and removal service to the door and garage of the house, which was completely useful for us.
We couldn’t connect the SONOS music system to our cell phones, so we had to listen to music just from the TV.
We believe that the jacuzzi was hotter than what was set. However, we really enjoyed it, it’s big and it was very clean.
The grill is conveniently located near the kitchen entrance.
I would return to this house and I also recommend it.

Unbelievable property and great host. The cabin is perfect for a secluded weekend getaway. We were lucky enough to stay during a snowstorm and took full advantage of the amazing views throughout the cabin. The interior was extremely well furnished and made you feel right at home with everything you could need. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to staying again soon.
What a wonderful escape from the bush city life! Coming in December turned the experience into a winter wonderland. By far, one of my favorite airbnb places. The memories I took from this trip will last a lifetime. I tested up leaving because it felt like leaving behind a piece of paradise. I will absolutely book again in the future and recommend this spot to my friends!
What a great house in a great area of Great Barrington. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved the backyard (fenced in), which was great for our dog as well. We were able to walk to downtown Great Barrington from the house for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house was also close enough to several great hikes. We highly recommend staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a summer or fall stay next tie around.
Beautiful, charming, and perfectly located just a 15 minute drive from Warren Street in Hudson, NY. The house was well equipped, and the propane fireplace used to heat the house was a beautiful addition. We cannot wait to return!
Extremely charming, well furnished, quiet, with a great hot tub (and tub in the bedroom to boot). You absolutely need an AWD/4WD vehicle to get here in winter, though – the last 3/4-mile may not be plowed, and once you’re there, you may not want to leave! But for a quiet, isolated place it’s just fantastic.
Birch & Buck Airbnb is the perfect getaway home to spend a lovely & relaxing time with your friends and family. The home is well furnished with attention to details, kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils & appliances, and the view is breathing at all times. Overall, our stay at Birch & Buck is 5/5 and will be back again.
Beautiful house! More spacious than the photos suggest
The PostHaus is charming. Beautifully decorated and maintained. It was very clean, had all the necessary amenities plus many thoughtful touches, and is in a beautiful setting. The hosts were responsive and kindly checked on us given the stormy weather. The location made for easy access to the Stratton without having to encounter the main mountain route traffic.
Management and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for an incredible stay. The house is fantastic in the winter and we can only imagine how great it will be in the summertime with the tennis court and pool availabilty.
A great stay at the tiny house! Check in was easy with the keypad. The house was very clean and toasty warm inside for the entire stay despite chilly winter temperatures outside. The layout is very well designed and there’s plenty of kitchen space to do some cooking. The electric fireplace was a nice touch for winter ambience. Mattress was comfortable and there was plenty of space in the loft. Hosts were very responsive if you have any questions. Overall would stay here again!
