Absolutely wonderful oasis on a beautiful property with amazing views! This cottage was better then we could have ever expected, it was tucked away in the woods making it incredibly peaceful and quite. We loved to get up early and watch the sun rises each morning as the view of the mountains was spectacular. We had 6 nights here and didn’t want to leave, we felt we found somewhere really special. We met the property owners and they where extremely friendly to us, even giving us good local hiking places to explore. The surrounding towns are also nice with plenty of delicious places to eat. Don’t miss out on this beautiful home that would be perfect for any occasion. A family or couple could stay here, either way this home is worth the trip!
The perfect escape from the city! This was by far the most organized Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. From the wide range of movies that we’re alphabetically sorted to every area of the kitchen being labeled this place had EVERYTHING we needed. And then some!! Not to mention the taste in decor was impeccable. One of the nicest stays I’ve had in awhile. It’s in close proximity to the slopes so I would definitely recommend coming back in the winter.
I highly recommend staying at this tiny home! It was so cute and cozy. Lauren and Chris provided everything we needed which made our stay extremely easy! Although we wanted to use the fire pit, the weather was surprisingly beautiful in November! My husband and I are so pleased with our selection to celebrate his birthday here in VT. It’s close to Jamaica state park which was a great hike! Also we enjoyed shopping and eating in Stratton and Manchester! Honeypie is definitely a must! This was our first time in Vermont and cannot wait to visit again. Thank you again Lauren and Chris.
This is a beautiful property! It was a perfect study spot for four graduate students needing a quiet retreat. The bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms were well equipped.
We enjoyed eating Baba Louie pizza by the fire outdoors. The screened in breezeway was great dinners. And the location was great: near restaurants, a coop grocery, and WEB DuBois homestead. No complaints!

Really loved staying at the little cabin in the woods! It is very cozy and functional.
It looks newly renovated, bathrooms impecable. Everything worked smoothly for us: fireplace, stove, oven, hot water, heating.
It is a the top of a hill, in the middle of the woods with beautiful views. Many nice hikes around, also small towns with coffee shops and convenience stores.
Larger town only 15 minutes away.

This cabin is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable to stay. Even though it has only one bathroom, there’s plenty room in the house for a group of 4 people to hang out and relax. The indoor & outdoor fireplaces are our favorite. Even before we left, we were already talking about coming back again. It is a bit hard to find from the highway but Lauren’s team provide very helpful guidance so you won’t miss it!
This place is so beautiful in November. Even with no leaves on the trees, the views are amazing. Watching the deer in the yard is so amazing and peaceful. The furnishing inside the house are wonderful quality. It was SO clean. Very well stocked- we made many meals at home and never needed to purchase anything extra. It’s so cozy. The area upstairs is great for kids. I highly recommend!
The house is lovely and modern (like the photos!) and is in great condition. It has really comfy beds with extra pillows and a well-stocked kitchen. It was rainy during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the fire-pit but we loved coffee out back in the mornings while the dog romped around. Some reviews mentioned the trains, but they only passed by a few times all weekend and it was not disturbing (kinda charming actually). Note that there’s a high cleaning fee with this property and extra paperwork for security reasons you’ll be asked to fill out.
Andrew’s place is the perfect getaway for a couple (and pup!). The location is close enough to all the small towns but far enough for peace and quiet. Andrew has all the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. His place is greatly insulated and stays warm if you’re concerned about the cold weather. The backyard is a beautiful view to walk out to from the deck to enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning or just to sit outside and relax. It’s also hard to find decent pet friendly listings. It was nice to be able to bring our 6 month pup with us and he enjoyed the backyard very much! Andrew is very responsive and answered any questions/concerns I had. We even had the opportunity to meet Andrew. He’s very personable and easy to talk to. He wants to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Andrew’s barn – location, price, and communication couldn’t be better.
