Our stay at David & Patty’s home was exceptional. Every furnishing and decorative element was considered. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking big meals as well as lots of tasteful tableware. Bed linens were comfortable and beautiful. The property was well laid out, offering various areas for sitting, a beautiful garden and plenty of parking (plus a pool, though we missed the season for that). Overall, the house was so tasteful and comfortable with fun amenities like a yoga studio, full bar area and projector for watching TV. David & Patty’s hospitality was warm and friendly and our group of friends is already planning our next visit.
This is an updated, comfortable, spotless home in a beautiful area of Vermont. Our family of 4, including kids ages 9 and 12, had a great long weekend there. It feels remote enough to disconnect but is a 15-20 minute drive to almost everything you might need. Singleton’s is a general store 5 minutes up the road with a great selection of meat and cheese and other grocery items, and delicious sandwiches. There was even a gift certificate from the hosts waiting for us at the check out, which was much appreciated. At the house, the kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and living room are very comfortable with incredibly cozy blankets, there are lots of family-friendly board games, and our dog had the best weekend of her life playing in the fenced in backyard. Faith and Anthony were very responsive and easy to work work with. We hope to be back soon!
This spacious and modern designed house accommodated 11 of us comfortably. High quality towels, comfortable beds fitted everyone’s needs perfectly. There are so many things you can do at this property.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to experience everything the host offered . We had such great time and took a lot of memorable photos together in the house. We would definitely recommending family and friends for this property and we would love to book this property again for our next year reunion. My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary weekend here and this house and property made it so special. We enjoyed the fire pit outside, looking through the curated book collection in front of the cozy fireplace, relaxing in the deep soaking tub, cooking all of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen (All-Clad pots and pans collection!), watching movies with snuggly blankets on the floating upper level, listening to the babble of the creek from the open windows, winking back at the bistro lights out in the yard, and taking in the gorgeous, artisanal details in every aspect of the decor and architecture. We had intended to spend more of our trip on outings, but the house had us in a warm hug the whole weekend, so why would we have left? Thank you Little River for being all we needed to make our weekend magical!
Our stay was fabulous. Emil is an excellent host. The place is immaculate and so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It’s just perfect!!
You won’t believe your eyes as your drive up to this magnetic farm house. The house is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked. The best part of the trip was waking up in the morning to the fall views and early morning mist- a definite pinch yourself moment. So close to Callicoon, a 7 min drive, so lots of places to eat out. We really enjoyed Local and The Old Foundation for dinner.
A really lovely home and one of the only airbnbs I’ve stayed at where all the dining areas can comfortably house everyone staying there. Lots of pots, pans, and appliances that made cooking really fun and easy (also the only Airbnb I stayed in with chopsticks, we love!!!!). It made for a really warm and giving environment to eat good food and drink wine in <3 The projector in the loft was amazing, and I loved how easy the sound systems were to connect to. The grounds of the home are beautiful, and the outdoor fireplace is a really nice gathering area. We stayed here in October and being surrounded by changing foliage was truly *chefs kiss*. I loved all the detailed instructions for electronics that made things easy to use.
My only suggestion is that all the labels on the toilet, the counter top, the handrails etc with what you weren’t permitted to do were stressful. It’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care into the home (including in the house manual which has a ton of helpful info, thank youuuu) so I understand the care they want us to show to the place but also wondering if there is another way the information could be communicated that feels a little more trusting.
This is a truly special space to unplug and spend time in with your loved ones, I recommend it!

This cozy-chic retreat had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway in central Maine. The setting was great – secluded and peaceful but not isolated, with a handful of neighbors on the same quiet gravel road. A 35-minute drive into Portland, or about 20 minutes to either Freeport or Yarmouth, put many activities and dining options within easy reach. The owners responded quickly to our questions during the stay. We would recommend this place to others, and would not hesitate to stay here or at another Wildwood property in the future!
Notes on the space and layout: This place was just right for a couple, but travelers with kids or more than two adults might find it a bit tight in some situations. In the main bedroom, one side of the bed is against the wall, so be ready to negotiate one person having a phone charger or glass of water with reach, and the other willing to climb over to get out. The bedroom has a closet with plenty of hangers, but there is no shelf and no other place in the cabin to put folded clothes or other belongings out of the way. We ended up using the dining table and stools in the main room as a place to put our bags and a catch-all area for our stuff. This was not a problem for us, but if you planned to dine in or sit at the table, you could be shuffling things around.

This tiny house was perfect for a weekend getaway!! Check-in was a breeze and the house was very clean! The hosts added small touches that really made our stay so much better! Even though it’s a tiny house the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals! The fire pit and lights out back were so cute and made it so cozy! It’s very close to Stratton, which was perfect because we could go hiking! The hosts were very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway!!
Emil’s house is a gem in the middle of stunning views. The entire house is cozy and clean with everything you need. It’s also quite and surrounded by wonderful views. They are also very responsive. Wonderful experience!
My friends and I stayed at Tiffany’s home for a fall girls weekend. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful house, to the location, to the finishing touches. There was plenty of space for us to relax and also enjoy time together! Tiffany also was so helpful for whatever we needed for our stay. It was a great time and will definitely come back!
This comfortable, well designed and thoughtfully equipped cottage was perfect for our group of four. It is in a peaceful, rural setting and offers stunning views from inside the house and from its outdoor seating areas. Lots of great hiking opportunities nearby, as well as scenic country roads and charming towns and villages with good to great local fare.

This is a truly special place for short or long getaways that will awaken many experiences, both inner and outer. My partner and dog had such a lovely week here, and look forward to staying again for an extended time. The house is seamlessly integrated with its surroundings, making it feel like a personal nature playground. For those that are extra curious explorers, if you walk down the road to the right you will find a hidden path that opens up to the nearby reservoir on the left side of the road. BEAUTIFUL.

We especially loved the amount of light and vistas the high windows let it and the river stones integration. In the fall with all its colors and crisp air, even more. Nature all around 💚 we also appreciated how well equipped it is with with essentials plus some. I would say their accommodations can cater to all kinds of travelers, from couples, to remote workers, artists, families or even for an intimate wellness retreat. The location is fantastic because we are secluded in nature, yet only 15-30 mins away from small towns with local cultural flair or supply runs, or likewise 20-60 mins way to nearby state parks, waterfalls and hiking trails. The drive there from the city was scenic and felt like a breeze.
For those of your with pets, you will especially love this place. I would encourage bringing natural tick protection of being on the lookout for them since they are an abundance of them around the wooded areas. It’s part of natural habitat. The house will also be greeted by ladybug friends from time to time , coming in the send their good luck. We embraced it.

This cottage was perfect in size and layout for our family and family friend. Having the upstairs bedrooms in their own “wings” was really nice. The bathrooms were large and the waterfall shower was lovely. The views around the property were perfect for late October and the proximity to various spots in the Catskills were wonderful. Ample space to hang out and listen to the record player over food or wine and to hang out around a fire (inside or out)
Casa Magda is a beautiful home located in a beautiful area. Even if we hadn’t been surrounded by peak fall foliage, the thoughtful design and detail on the inside would have easily been enough for us to consider returning for another visit in the future. Tiffany was a great host, and provided all the information we needed—the dining & car service recommendations were especially helpful. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the disco ball (!) was a lot of fun, and the outdoor space was just as comfortable as the inside. I would absolutely recommend Casa Magda to others, and hope to head back for another stay.
