My wife and I and our dog had a great, rainy long weekend at the house. The house was comfortable and relaxing and the dog loved the yard. The location is a good home base and an easy 15-30 minute drive to local towns (Livingston Manor, Liberty, Kerhonkson, etc.), nearby hikes, etc.
