My mom and I stayed for a 4 day/3 night trip here and had a lovely time. It is a nice, quiet, relaxing location. The house was clean and cozy and perfect for what we had in mind for the weekend. I loved the open layout that allowed for someone to be in the kitchen and yet still interact with anyone hanging out on the couch.
Unfortunately, I didn’t see the firestarters the first night, which is when we planned to do a fire, but they do have them (by the tv/fireplace *facepalm*), but the fire pit is nice and would’ve been great.
Location is nice; about a 30-minute drive to Ogunquit, under 20 to Kittery. We went for a nice light nature hike at Negutaquet Conservation Area, which was about 15 minutes away.
We did have the power go out our last night there with a storm, but the hosts were responsive and called the town and found out it was a widespread issue. We were fine with the candle and flashlights provided, though!

Our stay at the Green Mountain Modern House was unlike any other. The house lived up to the expectation and images online: nestled on a remote road next to a creek abutting stunning mountains. The decor and design of the house were amazing and made us feel right at home, cozy and comfortable. The arrival, check-in process, and amenities lived up to what was promised online. The sauna, firepit, and wood burning stove were amazing additions to the ambiance, and really made for a perfect staycation for our anniversary, and our dog felt right at home, probably more than the humans who traveled with him! The location was also as promised, close to hiking, breweries, and adorable downtowns. The communication from Wildwood leading up to our stay was perfect, with a house manual that explained in detail the intricacies of the house, including the alarm, sauna, and firepits. The check-out processes worked just as promised. We can’t wait to stay at another one of Wildwood’s properties in the future!
We had a lovely weekend at Cedar Brook Cabin. We were visiting our son at Bates College in nearby Lewiston and this turned out to be the perfect place for us to stay. During the day we were able to walk to the end of the road and hike in Big Falls Preserve and visit Norumbega Cidery for a cider tasting. We also visited the Shaker Village at Sabbathday Lake, which was a short drive away. The cabin was a lovely cozy retreat in the evenings. It is very well designed and comfortable. A lot of thought and planning has gone into making this the perfect tiny home from home. Places like Cedar Brook Cabin are why we airbnb!
This is an amazing place for a relaxing weekend that is minutes from the center of Stowe. The online description and pictures match the in-person experience. The space was extremely clean. Gordon is friendly and more than accommodating. He is readily available to respond to any questions comments or concerns (although there were no concerns).
This tiny house was cozy, quaint and comfortable (description is very accurate!) The home was stocked with everything you need for a nice getaway. The washer and dryer were a nice add, and the property was well-maintained. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and it was perfect for a quiet weekend away.
This was a beautiful place to stay, would definitely come back!

Tiffany’s home is beyond your wildest dreams – I promise. The place is beautiful, calming, clean, serene – just an overall 10 out of 10. The location and surrounding woods and rolling hills are just an added bonus to this amazing experience. We love the detail Tiffany put into the decor but also into so many aspects that most hosts don’t think about. House slippers, outdoor slippers, every dish you could possibly need, great sound system, a projector in the loft. Our stay was nothing short of perfection and we cannot wait to return! Casa Magda is an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish – book it and you won’t regret it!
This home is simply stunning and appropriately characterized as “luxury.” Exactly as pictured, well-appointed, and filled with beautiful details. The wide selection of books and games added a personal touch. It was perfect for our family’s weekend getaway, and one of our favorite Airbnb stays. Hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Very cute house with everything you need for a relaxing weekend get away. Cozy vibes, secluded setting, well equipped kitchen, with an indoor wood stove and outdoor fire pit. Comfortable beds, clean space, large sunny windows, and pet friendly. A short distance away from multiple small towns with good restaurant options. Would definitely come back again!
Our stay at David & Patty’s home was exceptional. Every furnishing and decorative element was considered. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking big meals as well as lots of tasteful tableware. Bed linens were comfortable and beautiful. The property was well laid out, offering various areas for sitting, a beautiful garden and plenty of parking (plus a pool, though we missed the season for that). Overall, the house was so tasteful and comfortable with fun amenities like a yoga studio, full bar area and projector for watching TV. David & Patty’s hospitality was warm and friendly and our group of friends is already planning our next visit.
This is an updated, comfortable, spotless home in a beautiful area of Vermont. Our family of 4, including kids ages 9 and 12, had a great long weekend there. It feels remote enough to disconnect but is a 15-20 minute drive to almost everything you might need. Singleton’s is a general store 5 minutes up the road with a great selection of meat and cheese and other grocery items, and delicious sandwiches. There was even a gift certificate from the hosts waiting for us at the check out, which was much appreciated. At the house, the kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms and living room are very comfortable with incredibly cozy blankets, there are lots of family-friendly board games, and our dog had the best weekend of her life playing in the fenced in backyard. Faith and Anthony were very responsive and easy to work work with. We hope to be back soon!
This spacious and modern designed house accommodated 11 of us comfortably. High quality towels, comfortable beds fitted everyone’s needs perfectly. There are so many things you can do at this property.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough time to experience everything the host offered . We had such great time and took a lot of memorable photos together in the house. We would definitely recommending family and friends for this property and we would love to book this property again for our next year reunion. My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary weekend here and this house and property made it so special. We enjoyed the fire pit outside, looking through the curated book collection in front of the cozy fireplace, relaxing in the deep soaking tub, cooking all of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen (All-Clad pots and pans collection!), watching movies with snuggly blankets on the floating upper level, listening to the babble of the creek from the open windows, winking back at the bistro lights out in the yard, and taking in the gorgeous, artisanal details in every aspect of the decor and architecture. We had intended to spend more of our trip on outings, but the house had us in a warm hug the whole weekend, so why would we have left? Thank you Little River for being all we needed to make our weekend magical!
Our stay was fabulous. Emil is an excellent host. The place is immaculate and so comfortable. We didn’t want to leave. It’s just perfect!!
The view from Gordon’s place is perfect. Loved the hot tub and set up. Gordon was very communicative. If you’d like dinner reservations during the high season, reach out early.
An absolutely stunning house with a beautiful view of the Berkshires. The pictures can’t quite do it justice. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the living space is cozy. Plus, the folks at Posto are great and responsive. We had a wonderful long weekend and are excited to come back!
You won’t believe your eyes as your drive up to this magnetic farm house. The house is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked. The best part of the trip was waking up in the morning to the fall views and early morning mist- a definite pinch yourself moment. So close to Callicoon, a 7 min drive, so lots of places to eat out. We really enjoyed Local and The Old Foundation for dinner.
A really lovely home and one of the only airbnbs I’ve stayed at where all the dining areas can comfortably house everyone staying there. Lots of pots, pans, and appliances that made cooking really fun and easy (also the only Airbnb I stayed in with chopsticks, we love!!!!). It made for a really warm and giving environment to eat good food and drink wine in <3 The projector in the loft was amazing, and I loved how easy the sound systems were to connect to. The grounds of the home are beautiful, and the outdoor fireplace is a really nice gathering area. We stayed here in October and being surrounded by changing foliage was truly *chefs kiss*. I loved all the detailed instructions for electronics that made things easy to use.
My only suggestion is that all the labels on the toilet, the counter top, the handrails etc with what you weren’t permitted to do were stressful. It’s clear that the hosts have put a lot of care into the home (including in the house manual which has a ton of helpful info, thank youuuu) so I understand the care they want us to show to the place but also wondering if there is another way the information could be communicated that feels a little more trusting.
This is a truly special space to unplug and spend time in with your loved ones, I recommend it!
