Amazing home and property!
Beautiful home! From the wide plank floors, picturesque exterior, peaceful views and spaciousness of the rooms and house overall, this home was a true pleasure. The deck was especially wonderful in the morning with a blanket and a cup of coffee. Close to Andes and other quaint towns. Would stay again!
We had a great three-night stay here. We spent one day at Bar Harbor, taking in the Bar Harbor Trail at low tide and of course Mount Desert Island ice cream. We spent another day exploring Deer Isle and Stonington. The Japandi style of the house was utterly relaxing. Everything was clean as a whistle, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. We prepared three meals there. We would definitely stay here again.
I brought some of my closest friends and our pups to celebrate my 30th birthday and I have NO regrets. We had the best time playing in the river, having a little fire while the pups played outside, and playing games in the basement. My favorite memories are collecting rocks from the river, going over to Manchester to eat the best french toast at Up For Breakfast and stroll endlessly in Northshire Bookstore, and spending every morning drinking tea on the front porch.

My husband and I spent five days here taking some time to relax. The setting was gorgeous, serene and had plenty to offer for outdoor activities.
The house was a once in a lifetime stay and we enjoyed it all. It was a perfect balance between modern living and camping. The host was so kind and communicative. The list of local spots and attractions was a great addition, too!

We had a fantastic stay at this Red Cottage! Our group of 10 adults was able to stay comfortably, and we all enjoyed meals together at the same table. Truly ideal for family gatherings!
The house is as beautiful as in the pictures, furniture is comfy, and there is plenty of play space in the lower level in case the weather isn’t cooperating on your weekend. The screened-in porch was another highlight, offering a cozy place to unwind without worrying about bugs.
We had great weather & took advantage of the properties outdoor features. The creek was an especially appreciated providing a peaceful spot to cool down, enjoy nature, and relax. Our dogs had a blast exploring the creek. The lawn was ideal for playing bocce, and we had a lot of fun around the fire at night.
Samantha was a super host. Communicative, responsive, and gave us great local suggestions. Overall, our only complaint is that we wished we had booked for longer. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

We had a great Tamarack House. The location was very convenient: a 3 minute drive to Narrowsburg’s Main St in NY (across the bridge) and yet the place was very quiet and private. The space is cozy and stylish, as described on the Airbnb pics. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and stylish place to stay!
We really loved the house, it is very well appointed / presented. It is located in a wooded area 5-7 miles from downtown Livingston Manor so it’s great for quiet, peaceful time in nature with a great little town nearby with nice restaurants / shops.
Special shoutout to Steve, the neighbor across the street who was super helpful to us (gave us a ride into and back from town) and was very friendly and great to talk to.

Incredible property, truly magnificent. Pictures capture the property well, but the surrounding landscape makes it even better. Bedroom curtains open up to acres upon acres of open land with wildlife and you truly feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. still there is plenty nearby, so you won’t be bored.
Beautiful mid-century modern home that met all expectations! However please note that while WiFi is great, there is no cell service in the area- it’s not isolated to the house, rather the Phoenicia/Chichester area
3 generations vacationed together in this luxury property. From the 5 grandchildren to the grandmother, we all found lots to keep active and happy. The pool and pickleball were the biggest hits.
The property manager was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend this property for large groups and children.
This was a perfect location for us. 15 minutes to the hudson Valley bike path in Millerton( also a very cute town), 25 min to Millbrook, and 5 to the center of Pine plains with a small grocery store, and lovely stissing house restaurant. The kitchen had EVERYTHING, great stove and all necessary items to cook a full meal. The home was on a smaller highway where cars do go very fast however the house and yard are so private and peaceful. There are several spots for hanging out in the yard with chaise chairs , firepit and grill area. The home was very comfortable and very clean. We loved this property!!!!!
The Treehaus is beautiful & in an ideal location in the Mad River Valley. We stayed in summer, so it was amazing to sit high up on the back porch in the trees & listen to the rushing of the Mad River below. So fun to stay right on the Mad River & walk out of the house & right into the river! I loved the amazing yoga platform right off the lower level. Incredible to practice with river sounds & birdsong & to look up to the blue sky & lush green! In winter, this would be a great spot to stay for skiing -it’s on a level short road right off of 100 & Sugarbush Access Rd is close by. The home is stylish, set up to make great coffee, has lovely bed linens, a basket of beach towels to take to the river & a cozy downstairs TV room. I’d strongly caution against bringing small children or anyone w/limited mobility, as entry is accessed by a set of cool but somewhat precarious metal stairs, the back porch is 3 stories up & there are steep stairs inside. But, awesome place to stay for adults!
Andrew was the perfect host. Everything was in its place as expected. This was our first trip with our mini bernedoodle, and she lived the outdoor setting. She enjoyed the morning walks around the pond. Location was just a few miles from downtown Stowe. Can only imagine how much fun it would be with snow on the ground.
The tiny home was very cute and modern. It was very clean and a great place to stay. The nature nearby was beautiful as well. We expected not so great water pressure from other reviews but it was a not a problem at all and the hot water was great. The in unit laundry was also super helpful and they provided detergent which was nice. My only complaint was small things they provided were not working. The lighter did not work, making it much more difficult to start a fire. The lantern didn’t work either and none of the extra batteries they provided did not match the lantern. The string lights outside also were not working. All of these were super minor and did not stop me from giving a 5 star rating. Would stay again!!
Our family (of 3 generations) so enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The house was spacious and offered several relaxing gathering spots, inside and out. Also, we appreciated the dining area on the covered deck so we could eat outside in the evenings.
The grounds are well maintained and the lovely gardens add to the experience of staying here. Our family had fun in the pool, the tennis court, the pickleball court, and the bocce court. Oh, and there’s a basketball hoop, too! We were so happy that the house came with all the equipment we needed for those sports.
Any questions we had during booking and our stay were answered very promptly. This is a fabulous property!
