Red Cottage Festival Ticket Giveaway

Promotion Period:
The Sweepstakes promotion period will be from Friday, July 28th, 2023, 12:00 AM EST to Friday, August 4th, 2023, 10:00 PM EST (Promotion Period).

How To Enter:
To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must have an active Instagram account.
During the Promotion Period, entrants must follow the official Instagram accounts of Catbird Festival (@catbirdfestival) and Red Cottage (@redcottageinc).
Entrants must then locate any of the designated Sweepstakes posts on either the Catbird Festival or Red Cottage Inc Instagram account and leave a comment on the post. Only one comment per person will be counted as a valid entry.
The comment should adhere to the guidelines and instructions mentioned in the respective Sweepstakes post, and any inappropriate, offensive, or spam comments will not be considered valid entries.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes only once during the Promotion Period.

Prize:
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will receive the following prize package:

• Two (2) 2-day VIP tickets to Catbird Music Festival at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, NY scheduled to take place on August 19, 2023 and August 20, 2023 (“Festival”).
• A $400 credit to be used on Red Cottage Inc for short-term rentals from August 18th, 2023 to August 20th, 2023.

Approximate retail value of the prize is $1550.
Red Cottage credit can not be combined with other discounts.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or substitution will be offered. Travel, parking, and accommodations are not included. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and Festival policies (subject to change at any time): https://www.catbirdmusicfestival.com. Festival entities reserve the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Festival/venue policy or law, or may bring Festival entities into disrepute. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the guest must be winner’s parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a guest only if the winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during festival attendance by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and guest will be required to provide a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID for identification purposes at the Festival. Winner and guest must comply with all CDC regulations, and local government laws, rules and requirements, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, proof of vaccination status, proof of negative Covid-19 test administered by an approved facility, and possible quarantine. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in attending events such as festivals in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the Festival. Festival entities are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of any cancellation or delay. Any unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Festival entities. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Front Gate Ticket’s Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility.

The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

The winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days of receipt. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in disqualification, and another winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Red Cottage credit can not be combined with any other discount or credit previously received by Red Cottage.
Red Cottage properties require a 2-night minimum stay.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Catbird Festival, or festival entities. Participants release Instagram, Catbird Festival, and festival entities from any responsibility regarding the Sweepstakes.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind does not increase the chances of winning.
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to grant Red Cottage Inc the right to use their Instagram usernames and any submitted comments for promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes.
By participating, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that they deem to be in violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws or regulations.
The Sweepstakes organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the organizer in its sole discretion.
