– super responsive / helpful host (went above and beyond)
– pool 10/10
– air conditioning
– Instacart deliveries possible
Cons
– a few things not in working order (all resolved by the host)
– no longer have access to the pool house (made better by much needed umbrellas they supplied)
– some general repairs and maintenance needed on the house
If you’re looking for a vacation to get away and stay in one spot / relax by the pool / cook great food & stay in a homely environment, then this is for you. If you’re looking for a luxe house, this is not for you (the pool is luxe!)
Not appropriate for anyone who has difficulty getting up stairs. They are very narrow.
