The Red Cottage is exactly what we’re always hoping for in an Air B&B (which isn’t always what we find) Clean, fresh and as welcoming as our own home. Not one hitch. It’s a little bit out of town but we were spending the day in the car (thrifting/shopping/dining) and not an issue. Everything exactly as the photos suggest. We plan on staying at Red Cottage again. Thank you!

We were looking for a peaceful getaway to reset and spend time together as a family and this retreat provided the perfect setting. An arresting and cozy interior, with plenty of conversation pieces and comfortable places to relax, have an outdoor fire, read, watch movies and even a yoga/peloton studio. A three minute drive took us to a beautiful hike in the Catskills. The beds were clean and comfortable and the whole place was super clean – terrific, given that they graciously allow pets. And the host was very responsive whenever we had questions. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Red Cottage. Great layout, very clean, host very accommodating and proactive. Beautiful area and extremely friendly local people. We found some great restaurants/bars in the area. When catching up at the well decorated cottage, some of the girls enjoyed the Jacuzzi while others walked the property. Thank you for being what you advertised and much more . 🙂

The property was beautiful and private. We actually stayed indoors for our entire stay. A little spooky with all of the creaking and the basement door shakes when you step too hard! Overall this was a great experience and would recommend it to others.

Not only was the setting Perfect and Beautiful. But the detail and thought put into the home and it’s accommodations were clearly thought out. I would recommend this home to anyone and will also be booking here again.

The Red Cottage was the perfect venue for our quiet weekend getaway. The bed is really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the living areas spacious and inviting. After a long day of hiking, nothing beat relaxing in the hot tub and lounging by the fire pit. We had a wonderful time and would certainly stay again.

We loved this modern space in a peaceful location. The deck and kitchen are great. It’s super dig friendly as well. We love the region and the home is close to the lovely Narrowsburg.

We had a great stay with the Red Cottage house in Newburgh New York near the college. The house was a great value and a great place for six guests to eat together in the dining room and relax in the living room . The kitchen had everything we needed

This is by far the nicest place I’ve ever stayed at in the Catskills! The house itself was beautiful with such thoughtful touches throughout — I feel like the pictures don’t even do it justice. You’ll find everything you could possibly need (and more) in the kitchen and the bedrooms were just so cozy. There were so many lovely recommendations in the house manual and although the town itself is small, it’s still close to a few restaurants, breweries, and slopes. I’m already planning my next stay here!

If you’re looking for a private, unplugged getaway with the family this is the place to do it. We came to NY for a family wedding and we were busy with wedding activities, but everyone couldn’t stop talking about the house. Each night we were ready to get back to our little hideaway in the woods. The house has everything you would need as your home away from home and then some. From appliances, to spices, to complimentary toiletries, and even a heating pad. The owners are truly wonderful hosts and have thought of every little detail guests could possibly want/need. Check in and check out was a breeze, and communication was great as well. I’ve stayed in many AirBnbs around the world, and I can say that this is the best AirBnb experience I have had yet. Would love to stay again 10/10!

Our groups stay was everything we expected and more! Fully stocked kitchen, ample room to relax and enjoy time together and absolutely beautiful surroundings with wildlife right outside the windows. the hot tub was such a treat and firepit was a great way to enjoy the crisp autumn air with a warm cider. highly recommended and we hope to visit soon again!

This place is amazing! It a perfect getaway for 4 couples (4 queen/king sized beds/bedrooms, all with their own private bath!) The house was very clean and very remote/private. Perfection location to getaway and relax. The hot tub was very nice along with the great patio. The basement was a nice touch with a few games down there! Lots of property to let the dogs run around and watch all the deer runaround!
