One word comes to mind when describing our use of this home and property “Exceptional”. Accommodations throughout the home are comforting and the property is truly beautiful. Wildlife abounds as expected in this wonderful setting in lower New York State. The home is well maintained, clean and exactly as depicted in the property write up. My wife and I plan to return next autumn. Thank you Derek. Really AWSOME!!
