We had a great 4-night stay at this cabin during the fall. The place is large and spacious and filled with modern amenities which are perfect if you want to cook meals as we did. In fact we didn’t even use the space downstairs; it would be perfect for a small group of 2 or 3 couples.
Location was good for taking scenic drives or for long bike rides around the hills. We came prepared with enough food for our stay so can’t comment on grocery shopping, but we did stop in to a decent-sized local farm co-op nearby which would cover most items. We could gently hear the river flowing in the evening which was relaxing. The road did have occasional traffic driving by but it was not constant.
Overall a great place for a few days away in the hills!
