We recently stayed at the Chalet and it was a wonderful experience. The house itself was cozy and spacious, with a nice backyard including a hot tub. A large deck to relax on and enjoy a cup of coffee. The living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace that made evenings relaxing, and a comfy layout that made it easy for everyone to gather. The tv has all the channels you need and a few board games as well. The kitchen was fully equipped making it simple to prepare meals and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also well-maintained and stocked with essentials, which was nice. One of the best parts of the property was its location. It felt secluded and peaceful, yet it was still a short drive in to town, local restaurants and Stowe mountain resort. Also, down the road there is a take out Chinese food which was pretty good! Overall, it’s an excellent choice for families or groups looking to stay in a comfortable and inviting setting.

Beautiful property and lovely, peaceful surroundings. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the house was very nicely decorated and felt very high end.
Loved being close to Windham and absolutely recommend dinner at Casa Susanna if you make a reservation in advance!
The hot tub looked out over the lawn and forest and was a highlight of the trip! Highly recommend as an escape and looking forward to another stay!

This is our second time staying at Red Cottage. We love the location because we have access to multiple ski mountains. This time we skied Okemo. Last time we skied Bromley and Stratton. No complaints. The bedrooms are really nice as are the bathrooms. You can’t go wrong with the Red Cottage.

Had a great time at the Modern House. Was clean and convenient location close to Stratton and Mount Snow. The sauna was great to use and the host was very responsive to communications. Beds were all cozy and comfortable.

Highly recommend this home! I am already planning to book another trip in the future.
I stayed here for a few days with my partner and another couple. It was super spacious for just the four of us. We planned this trip to get away from the city for a few days and enjoy the Catskills.
We are all able to work remotely, and there was plenty of space for us all to work. We mostly preferred working together at the dining table, but there were several desks in various rooms where we could take meetings or work quietly.
Then, in the evenings, we went for hikes, drank wine, played board games, watched TV, and enjoyed the hot tub. Hot tub was great and already hot, nothing we had to do but open it up.
Expect to drive 10-15 minutes for hikes and dinner in town. I recommend the Outer Loop North trail for a leisurely 3 mile hike. We went to the Taphouse Grille in Windham and loved it. If you plan ahead with a reservation, try Casa Susanna. It's unbelievable how good it is.
