The property was amazing. Beautifully furnished with everything we needed. The maintenance crews were there every morning before 7am to clear any overnight snow and gritted the roads, private driveways and the steps right up to the front door, I was very impressed with this.

We were very happy with our stay at Meadow Top cottage! The house was cozy and well appointed, and the grounds were maintained despite snow every day. Our only negative feedback is that the lighting in both of the bathrooms was extremely fluorescent and actually too bright to have on at night! Thank you for having us!

The check in experience was not great but Jo was on it and all worked out in the end.
Both the cleaning crew on the night we arrived and David, the ground's keeper, were very attentive.

Hello, we previously had a great stay in one of your properties but don't feel like we had the same experience this time. It's all due to the fact that there was no clear path to the house and I immediately reported the icy conditions to you and you did nothing to fix it. In fact, you ignored my message. We had an 8 month pregnant woman with us and the conditions were completely unacceptable. One of our guests fell and we all slipped more than once. I have pictures and texted one of them to you showing a sheet of us we were left to navigate. I went and purchased salt to lay in the narrow path which helped just a little bit and then it snowed again. Overall, it wasn't a good experience and you guys didn't make any effort at all to fix it. I couple other things to note: no hot water in the kitchen, no soap or shampoo in the lower level bathroom, odd electrical issues too. We want to stay with you again but not under these conditions.
