We recently stayed at the Chalet and it was a wonderful experience. The house itself was cozy and spacious, with a nice backyard including a hot tub. A large deck to relax on and enjoy a cup of coffee. The living room has comfortable seating, a fireplace that made evenings relaxing, and a comfy layout that made it easy for everyone to gather. The tv has all the channels you need and a few board games as well. The kitchen was fully equipped making it simple to prepare meals and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also well-maintained and stocked with essentials, which was nice. One of the best parts of the property was its location. It felt secluded and peaceful, yet it was still a short drive in to town, local restaurants and Stowe mountain resort. Also, down the road there is a take out Chinese food which was pretty good! Overall, it’s an excellent choice for families or groups looking to stay in a comfortable and inviting setting.

Beautiful property and lovely, peaceful surroundings. The hosts were responsive and helpful and the house was very nicely decorated and felt very high end.
Loved being close to Windham and absolutely recommend dinner at Casa Susanna if you make a reservation in advance!
The hot tub looked out over the lawn and forest and was a highlight of the trip! Highly recommend as an escape and looking forward to another stay!

Its a splurge but so worth the stay! The home is well maintained and thanks to the care taken by the owner it's easy to honor the intentional and well curated vibe. The kitchen is well equipped so you can stay close to "home" enjoying the fire, hot-tub and the big screen for movies. Breathtaking and challenging hikes and more to explore nearby. I've stayed here twice and will easily be back again.
